Inexperienced.

Friendly stuff and excellent service, doctor is skillful and no hard sales. Have being with them for awhile, skin have major improvement as compare to day 1 started.

All staff and Dr Jon Yong are super courteous and friendly. No hard sell for sure. They are offering a top notch client experience which makes their customers look forward for their next treatment. I am one of them. ?

They hard sell definitely. Already agreed over phone on this particular treatment, yet when in the clinic the Dr together with the nurses pressuring you to sign up new treatment and said even if chose to do the original treatment still need to top up. They also pressured you to sign the package though I wanted only ala carte price. I wonder if this is how the aesthetic clinics run in Singapore. This clinic reminds me of facial beautician boutique rather than an aesthetic clinic. The sales girl always chatting and talking loudly. One time I went and heard a rough man voice chatting very loudly with the nurses. Very unprofessional. Later I found out the guy was the Dr’s partner. But worst of all, the Doctor is very moody and grumpy. I have been to the clinic a few times each time I experienced different mood from him. The services and pricing offered by this clinic nothing to shut out for. The treatments provide also not effective. I saw also they are very defensive toward the reviewers. It speaks a lot about a clinic that can’t take constructive feedback from your customers. This would be my last time stepping into this clinic. I hope they can genuinely take customers interest at heart and not just want to make money off them. Two of my friends already stopped going there and they have also warned me about them. Btw, after reading this review please don’t say no such person came to your clinic. Lol.

Dr Jon Yong and his incredible team has helped improved my skin texture, scars and pigmentation. Treatment plan is curated on my skin concerns and throughly explained. I would highly recommend anyone who are seeking for help with enlarged pores & acne scaring to Dr Jon Yong Aesthetic Clinic.

I have a wonderful experience with the clinic overall. Upon entering, I am always greeted with friendly and smiley staffs that certainly made my day. The setting in the clinic was conducive and comfortable that further added to the value. Most importantly, the treatment was effective, it reduced my double chin and I am very satisfied with the result

Always felt welcomed by the friendly staff. After every treatment done, the staff will follow up the next day to find out if there is any issue with the treatment. Doctor Yong is very professional and patient and will always deal with any after care service required. Will highly recommend Dr Jon Yong Aesthetic clinic!

Dr Jon has helped me a lot with my treatment. He is patient and detailed. He’s not like any other aesthetic clinic, he will only point out the necessary treatment you require and need. The staffs are all so warm and welcoming! Highly recommended!!
