★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THE LADY, ma ziwei AT COUNTER 7 ATTENDING TO ME , OCBC IS A REPUTABLE BANK BUT BY EMPLOYING HER, THEY HAVE BROUGHT DOWN THEIR STANDARD SO MUCH .
HOPE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER TEACHES THEIR STAFF TO BE MORE POLITE AND APPROACHABLE ESPECIALLY TO FOREIGNERS . FOREIGNERS ARE ALSO HUMAN BEINGS AS WELL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my worst banking experience here … came down to this branch as it was near my house, wanted to open a OCBC Bonus + account (joint account) with my husband and they insist that we bring the physical marriage cert then only able to open the account even thou we have the soft copy version of it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is very slow... Been there multiple times and they are always dragging each transactions or services. Even a simple one would involve lots of talking and took like more than 30mins... I'm not sure if this is a normal thing but I don't see this on any other branch...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to settle some term deposits and was attended to by Norliza, who was patient and polite. She was reassuring as she went about to expedite my transactions. I also like to thank Jennifer who went the extra mile by attending to me after banking hours were closed for the day. Last but not least, a shout out to the elderly police uncle for having a good-natured disposition and being professional. Overall a pleasant banking experience with OCBC at Bt Batok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad n slow service had to explain to 3 person finally got it done they ask me to top up 0.70 cents I told me there is no need to queue but I went up n waited still no one called when I saw a guy who was free. Will definitely not go there anymore they should step up I waiting for 1 hour can’t even give them 1 star not worth
