Due to current COVID situation, we decided to minimise travelling and visit a near-by clinic for my helper's bi-yearly medical check-up. This is our first visit at the clinic and we chose to see Dr Peck based on it's 5-star rating. My helper is not new but one who has been with us for 5 years. Though she has always been afraid of the blood test procedure, she would still be fine under the former doctor's reassurance or simply by being professional and emphathetic. However, it turned out to be her worst experience with any medical professional. She came out tearing. When I asked her what happened, she confided in me the "intimidating" and hostility of the doctor, and that he seemed to be angry, forcefully putting in the needle. Before attending to her, doctor was seen to be frustrated, scolded his staff in a low, controlled voice. All in all, it was the entire experience that made her cry as she was afraid. This is the first time she cried after a check-up. She said she has never experience such treatment during her medical check-up all these years. She also shared that the consultation room was in a mess. I am truly disappointed and dismayed with such conduct. I hope this will not happen again for anyone.

My extended family has been seeing Dr Stanley Peck, whenever we needed health care intervention since we moved to Bukit Batok more than 20 years ago. My elderly mother, my sisters, young nieces (since they were babies) all find him very caring and professional in his care and treatment. We always remember how he took care of my late father. We remember his emergency assistance at a tragic road accident near his former clinic a few years ago. Always ready to help. In his consult session, I find his thorough note taking impressive and diagnostic discussions very thorough. This gives confidence to patients that they are in good hands. His caring conversations with patients and their family and sometimes a post visit telephone call to check on patients are really a beacon to what any General Practitioner should do. Thank you Dr Peck.

My thumb up for Dr Stanley Peck and Dr Ann ( hope I get correct name) who patiently listened to my old aged mother her fear to take vaccines. It is blessing Dr Ann can speak dialect and easier to communicate and calm my mother anxiety. Luckily all goes well with my mother first dose. Thank you Dr Peck, Dr Ann and clinic staff for their efficiency and professional.

It’s my go to clinic. Caring team and Dr Stanley is going thru a stressful period now due to the surge in COVID cases locally. Let’s show the team some appreciation when medical services are rendered yah? Good clinics are getting rare

Had my booster vaccination done with Dr Stanley. Amazing service. He went the extra mile to constantly make sure all the patients were comfortable and doing alright after their vaccine shot. Warm, personable touch. Really felt at home here. Must not have been easy given how many patients the clinic has to treat every single day

Thank you Dr Peck and all the staff members of the clinic for taking such good care of every patient very patiently despite the heavy patient caseload. I truly appreciate the segregating of patient groups due to Covid. Thank you for treating me for my swollen lymph node during a very busy morning! I am feeling much better now.

One of the best clinic experiences I’ve had. I was having Covid symptoms and wanted to see the doctor. They were very efficient as they asked us to fill up a form providing details of vaccination etc. and requested for us to sit outside while waiting (systematic registration). They were very clear with the waiting time and even moved the chairs from outside to further within shelter to ensure we don’t get wet from the rain. The nurse and doctor was extremely attentive despite them being under pressure with the influx of patients. I would like to commend the doctor and all the nurses for being so attentive and calm despite being overwhelmed. I hope that everyone would continue to be patient and understanding towards the clinic. Let’s be thankful that we have such good doctor and nurses in this family clinic to guide us along to the road of recovery! And of course, hope that the doctor and nurse will continue to stay healthy given the circumstances.
