Oddstash Freestyle Scooter Shop - 371 Guillemard Rd

Well honestly I'll say its a good shop and nice service but the price is a little bit to high but overall it's a great shop ?

Very disappointed with the level of service. Very knowledgeable staff but disappointing return policy/judgment call that I would expect from a good specialty/hobby store. My 13 y.o boy and my wife went there one evening to return/replace a $80 handle bar that he bought online (need a grooving that was not mentioned on the website when he ordered) and came home with a new ~$300 scooter set. When we went there the next day and requested nicely and explained if we could instead return the set and just get a simple bar they seemingly became defensive and rigid to work anything out at all. They mentioned that they had "properly advised and served us enough for two hours" the other day, etc. Citing the reasons that the box was no longer there (the item was un-boxed in the store!), that the rubber wheels might have been worn out (we purposely hand held it back there!), etc. Also mentioned about the high labor cost in Singapore to do the dismantling etc. All the while we were talking there was barely anyone in the store! hence any labor cost involved would have been paid regardless anyway. We actually would not even mind helping the dismantling and repacking if that would help. It's their choice. They may keep our money this time but definitely NOT our future business. I am writing this just so anyone who might run into a similar situation in the future be aware of it and prepared accordingly.

Bought a Prodigy S8 for my son online. Kevin delivered it 1 day later. Super helpful, he took his time to explain everything esp. regarding the sizing. Offered to cut the handle bar to fit the little one. Great service - I would go back any day!

Visited the outlet for the first time. Was pleased with the customer service provided by Kevin. He opened up the store earlier as I was rushing to be somewhere else. Was patient enough to help me out with items I needed. Will definitely love to visit again
