Bought a box of IV solution from them. Good prices and they have almost everything a caregiver needs; IV kits, needles etc. Polite staff and prompt service.

I have this experience with this medical supply, first and will be the last, why? i have request and book a Freka feeding tube because kangaroo cannot be use for my mum, it's not a silicon tube and if use for 1 month the tube will turn black and also will cause allergy. so i call and they say they have one last piece and i say ok i book and i will ask my brother to go collect, then after that when my brother go down he collect but it's different, it kangaroo, so in the end i call them and ask they say the reserve is still there and they cannot refund the kangaroo because i already take. this is totally a cheater company. Never going back there.

Limit to 2 boxes of masks per pax but sold 2 cartons of masks to some Chinese driving away in a Porsche. Advertised that they do not close for lunch yet closed for 30 mins in the heavy rain where at least 100 people were waiting

This shop makes customer waiting for very Long without any clear information on their product availability. They keep giving false hope , saying the product can reach in few days to week time but in actual sense they didn’t even make the order yet. 1) I called to the shop to check if they have master Cardio Litmann diaphragm spare part. The lady shop keeper said they have , so I went all the way to the shop and found they don’t have stock. 2) she said she will try to arrange in next couple of Days and took my phone number but no cal over the next 3-4 days. 3) I called back to check after 1 week and a male shop keeper took my phone number once again and says he will call back after checking the product but no call back again. 4) I called again the next day , a same male shopkeeper picks the phone( he knows my name ) and says he doesn’t have the stock for the master cardio but I can come over so they can try some other diaphragm on my master cardio . I told him I asked about master cardio and not others . He asked me to call and speak to the lady shopkeeper who I spoke to earlier. 5) I called back and a lady shopkeeper picked the phone but seems like she is not the one who I spoke to and she again ask for my phone number and will make the lady who I spoke to earlier call me back. Knowing no one will call me back I persisted on speaking to the lady at the same setting. 6) Now the lady says she was told to pay for the for 35 dollars for transportation so can’t order piece by piece. She has to wait for other products to be ordered together. I wish I was told this truth in the beginning or atleast in my next one or two calls and don’t make me wait for so Long. I made it very clear to them when I walked over to the shop on my first day. I need the part ASAP. I am very upset for lying about to customer and wasting my time . I would request the shop owner/keeper to be honest with customer and say that if you can’t get the order on time be frank about it so we can look for alternatives at the earliest. It is so disgusting to be kept waiting with false hopes. Time is previous and please don’t ever do this to any other customers. This is dishonesty and unprofessional. Thank you.

My heartfelt thanks to Progress for their sincerity and enduring spirit. I was there twice the last few days. First time was to get an item for e kit, and already they were very busy serving business clients buying masks for their companies. It was last Thursday before CNY. Yet they were patient and friendly. 2nd visit was to buy surgical masks as our supplier couldn’t deliver what we ordered. It was CNY 4th day, by then the demand for masks had escalated. I could only get 3 boxes for my own clinic after waiting for 2 hrs. I needed much more as my friend runs a GP clinic, and had less than 1 box of masks left. Their staff kindly agreed to let me hv a carton upon hearing my desperate need. I felt bad adding to their pressure, but Eldan was very kind and patient. My dear GP friend now has enough masks to offer to her patients who are 90% coughing and with fever. I can’t thank Progress enough for ‘saving’ my friend by hearing my pleas. ?? God bless and may Progress’s staff stay healthy.

Horrible customer service. I asked about a product the answer was: “I don’t know. We can’t help” and the lady asked someone else to help… Second staff: I asked if he had a certain product but I didn’t know the name but give him the description, he said: “You have to tell me it, I don’t know. The doctor should tell you what to buy. The doctor want us to his service”, to what I said: “But you are the supplier, don’t you know what you sell in your shop?” And then he said: “No, I don’t know”. It sounds like a joke…
