Dr Oliver is very experienced. I did mini implants at his clinic. Aside from the injection which is the painful bit, everything else was painless. Didn't even need painkillers after. Made a strong recovery. But be prepared to wait at least 1.5 hours to see him.

I saw Dr. Ang recently. She was very professional and gentle. I was instantly put at ease by her gentle bedside manner. I haven’t seen a dentist for the last 20 years because the last experience was so traumatic. I had an injection that was completely painless and a filling afterwards. The whole experience was very efficient and I could not fault the result. The price was also very fair. I could not possibly recommend Dr. Ang more highly. She is also very easy on the eyes. I look forward to seeing her next time.

Updated Response: Thank you for responding again. Because the pain was severe and I could not eat from that side, I got it fixed from another dentist. I was told that the problem was that the part of tooth around the cavity was ground too much making it very sensitive. It took about 4 sittings, but after the dentist added a few layers of some gel or protectant, the pain went away. I have not removed the wisdom tooth and may do so in the future, but as mentioned before, that was not the cause of the problem. Edited Response: Thank you for your response Dr. Oliver. As mentioned, I will be extracting the wisdom tooth even though it is not the cause of my current issue. As I explained, this pain only started AFTER I was treated at the clinic. I was able to eat from this side of my mouth before visiting the clinic - it is impossible to do so now. When I visited the clinic, I had a minimum expectation of getting proper advice and treatment upfront. However, even after spending 300+, all I have to show is more pain and even more expense of getting my crowns fixed elsewhere. I really expected more based on the reviews here. Original review - I went to this clinic because I was having discomfort because of food particle stuck in a crown. Doctor removed the particle, but also decided to fill in a cavity in a tooth that she thought might cause problems. I did not ask her to do it. From that time on, I am unable to use my right side of the mouth since it hurts to chew. I went to the same doctor again after a week and was told to be patient since it takes time to heal. I have never known a cavity properly done to take so long to heal. Since it did not heal again in 2 weeks, I went back and the doctor did some work and told me to wait again. I knew the problem was not fixed, but still decided to wait 3.5 weeks. Finally, I decided I had enough and asked to see another doctor there. New doctor looked at the 1.5 month old X-rays and decided that my wisdom tooth was causing issues and wanted to take new X-rays and take the wisdom tooth out. I told him that the problem started after the first doctor decided to work on my tooth that did not originally have any issues, and all I wanted to to get that tooth fixed, but he insisted that the problem is because of the wisdom tooth. He did not want to work on me unless I got the wisdom tooth out. I asked as to why the original doctor did not do so, but he had no answer. I did not want to spend any more money at this clinic so I refused and left. Just like one of the other patient who left a review, my tooth which was worked on has a lot of filling and is flat. I was also told that I have teeth grinding problems (I don't). The crown opposite to this has also been ground to a point where it is very sensitive now. This was a problem that did not exist before I went to the clinic and I will have to change out both my crowns now, making it very expensive for me.

Came here because of a toothache. The procedure was pain free and Dr Ang was very gentle during the whole process. Highly recommend!

Had my ortho adjustment done (Tanjong Katong ) Hanna helped me out and explained the the charges clearly. She also sound sweet and kind over the phone. Thanks to Dr Kausar too for seeing me and explaining my treatment plan. Happy with my experience. Will definitely come back. I love the place where it is located too. You'll see a lot of cafes nearby. ???

Anyone sending your helpers to this dental practice be very careful. We racked up hundreds dollars worth of bills. I sent my FDW to get a check up and a clean and they didn’t do either and just did 3 fillings without my approval. They didn’t even do any X-rays to confirm the work was needed. Because of my suspicions I sent her to another clinic and found out that she in fact has a completely different problem and we were not told about it or perhaps they didn’t spot it at Oliver. Just a kind warning.

My helper went here for consultation and extraction. I called and asked regarding the charges and was served by Hannah. She is very impatient and kept saying that she was unable to check with the doctor, and will only call me tomorrow because she is the only person on the counter. At first she asked my helper to go back the next day, but upon further asking she said the dentist is not in tomorrow. She was very reluctant to find me another Dr, as she said will be another consultation fee (on top of the one I already paid today). After that she just passed the phone to her manager without explaining my situation. The manager, Madeline, is the opposite. She was able to answer all my queries, and was able to check with the Dr on the spot. Thank you Madeline, and for Hannah, you have to have a better customer service if you want to work as a receptionist / dental clinic assistant. To add, when I asked for a copy of the receipt and replied thank you, they replied me with CAPS LOCK. What a great way to reply someone :)

Sent my helper there last week. Hanna helped to book the appointment for me, and she was kind and helpful with my queries regarding the treatment and charges. Appreciate Dr Kauser also as she gave a detailed explanation of what needs to be done. Our helper's extraction was quick and painless. Kudos to the team and the management for the reasonable charges for our dear helpers. Cheers!!
