โ โ โ โ โ The clinic is very nice. I was on time for my appointment hence don't have to wait too much. Both the nurse and dentist were very kind and gentle. Dr Chan is very experienced and skillfull, the treatment process was fast and problem free. Highly recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ Doctor was friendly and professional and clinic staff were friendly and helpful. However, I think the clinic is a little dated and poorly maintained in terms of infrastructure and interiors. Moldy smell which makes it uncomfortable. Also limited payment methods. No paynow, no nets. Might need to improve those.

โ โ โ โ โ It was a unpleasant experience in that dental clinic. I met a young dentist who had no confidence to do dental crown. She was going to refer a senior dentist to me to do that. It wasted my time to go down to the clinic.

โ โ โ โ โ 1st class service from all the staff and especially Dr Vivian who takes special care to explain procedures etc. The staff will also do a follow up check to see if everything is OK after an extraction. I've been seeing them for a few years now even though I have shifted to Hougang.

โ โ โ โ โ Very professional service from Receptionist to Dentist. Dr William did my molar tooth extraction, at first i was very scared and worried because i just have this fear with dentist (Thanks to the movie Saw) however he really gave me time to be calm and continue his session, 100% will recommend and plan to do my implant there in future!

โ โ โ โ โ Wasn't a good experience when the dentist that attended to me didn't rectify my pain when I first came in. She took an x-ray and advise me it could be my wisdom tooth and later suggested tooth filling on the other side which I don't feel any pain. Spent $100+. They suggested me to see a surgeon on another day to remove my wisdom and for that there's a separate fees just to see the surgeon. Still feeling the pain I went to a different dentist and they could tell from the same xray that I have a decay straight away and I might need an extraction since it's a bad one. I feel cheated and I could have saved the money in the first place. So ya I will not return.

โ โ โ โ โ I want to update from my post 2 days ago. After the post, the clinic called me, apologized for the error made. I believe in giving 2nd chances and Dr Tan has always been a great dentist, gentle and caring. Despite his super-packed schedule, he slotted me in as his last patient today. I want to thank him and the staff who called for their prompt resolution. This shows they care about their patients and are willing to admit and correct mistakes made. So thank you and keep up the good work!

โ โ โ โ โ It has been a long time since I have been to a dentist. Dr Tan did a scaling and polishing treatment on myself and I found her to be a wonderful dentist. She was really professional and gentle while conducting the dental procedures, and always enquiring to check if I was comfortable or tired before continuing the treatment. During treatments, she also took the time explain what she was about to do, which I felt put me at ease since I am somewhat prepared as to what to expect to be done next. Really professional and would highly recommend!
