Terrible food. Bought the $30 coupon and it is absolutely NOT worth it. Ordered couple combo (which is not included in coupon price), all meat was dry and tasteless. Mojito was a sugary syrup and watermelon smoothie was totally tasteless. The portion sizes are also not good. Highly disappointing.

My familly bought their coupon through a promoter for $30 and I have to say that I am very disappointed with their food. Price stated on the coupon were $5 less than what is online (which is what we have to pay for). The food is totally not worth the price as both the quality and quantity is depressing. We bought, Seabass probably the better one Tandoori chicken with 3 pc naan. Chicken tougher than cookhouse chicken, naan chao da chao da. Cereal prawn, cereal clump together. Prawn tough. ($17 FOR THAT FEW PRAWNS?) Sambal sotong ($12) springy thingy not taken out Yellowed not so fresh Kailan ($8) 4pc of BUFFALO WING FOR $8.9 Claypot toufu meh ( $15)

Promoters came knocking and selling $30 coupons and saying that support local F&B. So supported, but in the end Ohana didn’t help itself. Late delivery, prawns not fresh, BBQ Stingray not fresh, Veggies not tasty, chicken meat is hard and cold. Call the restaurant at 7.10pm about the food late delivery and the response is “we deliver island wide, and state delivery from 5-8pm”. Overall experience is really bad, usually will state something good about a review but not this review.

Like many others, I myself bought the $30 discount / coupon and finally decided to dine-in yesterday. Honestly, it was really worth it. Especially using the coupon we had a lot more food and cut the total bill by half. Location was quite easy to find but for those that are driving (like myself), depending on your luck you might get parking. Atmosphere was quite spacious with ample eating space and deco inside was nice! Customer service was good. The lady that served us was very welcoming, warm and friendly. Food came in fast and there was nothing missing from our order. Food was great! Especially their tandoori chicken and wings. However only issue was with the meat, as my family ordered steak, lamb and sliced meat. The meat was so dry and the lamb chop was too salty. Other than that, everything was good! Including the drinks. This why I gave the 4 stars. My main feedback for this is improving the meat dishes. I would advise people to dine-in instead of ordering to make the most of the coupon, since most issues comes from ordering :)

I had also purchased their $30 coupon and ordered all my food via their online platform which was user friendly with a straight forward payment mode via PayNow, but a little tedious when it came to the inputting of voucher codes. Just be sure to double or even triple check your order & voucher codes before confirming it! Got confirmation of my order via email fairly promptly, but had to change from self pickup to delivery mode. Managed to re-arrange delivery for my order via their WhatsApp number which made the rearrangements for me promptly. The food arranged at my doorstep at 6.45pm which was a decent timing and the food (especially the fish & stingray) actually tasted pretty good once I reheated everything up (except for their 'Oh My Crab' chill crab buns). Aside from all the bad reviews, do give Ohana a chance. Their service and food can actually be given 3 to 4 stars alongside the many discounts available with the $30 voucher.

Went for dinner. Ordered the rogan josh (a lamb curry), ayam goreng kunyit (fried turmeric chicken), tofu hot plate, oh crab (fried mantou with chilli crab sauce), sambal kangkong, salted egg prawns. To eat with plain rice. The curry was the winner. The chicken and prawn were alright. The vege dishes needed more salt but generally edible. The chilli crab sauce was a sweet, mildly spicy chilli sauce with some crab. We had the Nutella milkshake and lemongrass mojito. The drinks were good. If there was a half star, I'd make it a 3.5 star rating. I'll go back again to try their western dishes - these seem popular with the other patrons. We were told they'll be starting a halal mookata service soon.

First visit to the restaurant despite the mixture of reviews, very comfy and ambience were good. Staff were friendly when explaining about the usage of the coupon. Food was great, every dishes came really fast. Sambal stingray: fish was really fresh, sambal was very sedap not like overly spicy or salty at all Sambal kangkong: vegetables were fresh, crunchy and delicious. Can taste the belacan???? Fried mantou with chili crab sauce: soft mantou even after frying, chili crab sauce were not over powering Cereal chicken: not salty, cereal were tasty. Chicken were tender Chicken aglio olio: nicely fried pasta, it's good enough even without the regular size chili :) Buffalo wings: sweet, and not overly spicy and not overly fried. Black pepper beef: Beef were okie only abit well, black pepper sauce were not salty but tad spicy. Overall ?? Tom yum soup: generous amount of ingredients, first time had thick type(not very thick type) it was?? Rice: Cold, but we can accept it accompany with those hot dishes. Drinks: All good and shiok, not overly sweet and suits all of us. Will patronize again, maybe to try their newly launched mookata! Keep it up!!??????????

Would give this place a 0 if I could for hygiene and service. Ordered a Philly Cheese steak and discovered a piece of hair (thick & curly) upon taking a first bite (see picture). Showed it to the staff where they were unapologetic. Was offered a replacement dish, however by that point I was so turned off by the sight of the hair I did not want to dine there any longer. Taste wise- the meat was slathered in sauce, did not meet expectations. Ambience of restaurant was good and spacious. Shame the food did not live up to expectation. Save your tummy and time and go elsewhere.
