Facial.. well when it come to beauty women’s are very particular so m I.. I have not facial before in my life, and I could say I’m not person whom like go for such beauty stuff. I was reluctant at first to try out but after I got so found of my brows threading (just felt so comfortable with their service). So decided to give a try. Booked facial appointment on last weekend and I was so amazed by their service. She (Priya) was so gentle and polite. She explained to me thoroughly how the process will be and what are the ingredients/products that she will use for facial. Then I gain some confidence as she did the entire process smoothly without making me feel uncomfortable. During the entire 1hr 45min (the time pass by so quick). And even my hubs told me after the facial your face is glowing. Even my under eye black line where fading off. Im so happy and will definitely go back again in future. Special thanks to Priya. ☺️

Went for my facial at ohm's yesterday and priyanka attended to me.. before i went there, my skin had heat bumps on the cheek and chin areas. I could feel my skin was suffocating and badly needed a facial. Priyanka recommended doing high frequency facial and trust me i looked 110% more better than before the facial. Finally my skin was able to breathe. And she recommended janssen brightening day cream a month ago. I bought it and used it.. could see good results within a week.. my acne scars were getting lighting around my forehead area.. i recommend this cream to those who feel they want to get rid of acne scars.. Absolutely love this place! Such a warm environment with lovely people who render an excellent service! I truly enjoy their waxing, head massage and I tried their promo facial thinking it might be a simple one but wow I fell asleep as the massage was so relaxing! Highly recommend this place if you love some “me” time! It’s value for money as well! The best part is they don’t hard sell!

Walked in wanting to thread my brows but was intrigued by other customers in shop doing scalp therapy so decided to give it a go. The staff advised the appropriate scalp therapy after checking my scalp and was really helpful,which I appreciated. I'm glad I got the scalp therapy as I throughly enjoyed it,the hot oil and the massage is 10/10. Products used are of good quality cos they managed to get my bleached-to-death hair to feel soft and silky, i'm blown away! Highly recommended! Clean environment, professional services and all the staff I came in contact with were really polite and pleasant. Will definitely come back again ??
