Unique designs. Beautiful diamond collections. They provide great after Sale Support. Excellent customer service by Mr Fahadh. He is a very talented Salesman as he learns the customers individual preferences and presents the jewels . Updates the customers when latest designs comes in. Their jewels are all Value for the money.

Being a customer for more than 3 years, today we came to reality how rude the staff are. We are paying for a scheme as monthly from the past 8 months and my wife is 8th month pregnant and we are planning for delivery in India, so we went to buy with that money and cancel the scheme. We already paid 2400$ in scheme and we are serious buyers, staff has a lot of problem showing jewelry to us just for 30 minutes. At first (Anoop Venu sales man) showed us for 10 minutes and another sales women (Gautami Dharmendrakumar) came to show us. She hardly showed us for 15 mins to 20 mins and only 2 customers in the shop and the rest staff are doing nothing. This (Gautami Dharmendrakumar) is Sighing to other staff about us and laughing in between and completely rude. Then i came to know these people talking behind us, I've really felt ashamed and that's completely non acceptable behavior by sales people. When people spend thousands of dollars buying stuff in your showroom this is what you give them ? Having a showroom in International market doesn't matters to normal people, how your people treat the customer matters. I've told this situation to all my family and friends living in Singapore and India and not recommended to buy stuff there. As i came out there's a GRT next door and see them how they treating the customers, i went to Joyalukkas on opposite and Artheesam in the same road they are very happy to sell Jewellery not a fake face like you people. Shame on you !

Best service from Mr Arshath. This was by far one of the best shopping experiences I have had. And it was all due to the highly cultured, polite staff who treat every customer with a lot of respect. It didn't matter what we bought (and we didn't buy a lot). They have a good collection of gold and diamonds, and their prices are very competitive. It was the first time we shopped at Malabar, definitely will go again and recommend strongly to our friends. Thanks Arshath !

Good store, large choice of gold rings, bracelets, etc, 22k gold, for men and women. Recommended.

The worst experience with Malabar, we visited Malabar last week and had reserved item by paying advance amount, when we finally purchased items, they totally tricked us with advance payment stating it’s discounted, but when we return home, surprised to find that it was just nothing but our advance payment. When I went back to check about it, the manager RK (Radha Krishna) totally started arguing that he meant advance payment itself as a discount. I felt like should have checked invoice before leaving premise.

One of the worst shops I have ever visited who does not know how to treat the customers. The day I visited only one customer other than me and there were no other customers. Eventhough there were around 5-6 employees and no one is helping us to find. There was one lady in the counter and I asked one question but they way she responded was like she is the owner of the shop. I think Malabar Gold need to educate its employees who to talk with customers.
