β β β β β I quite enjoyed the pork katsu fried rice. The pork was very well seasoned and tender, and the fried rice was quite fragrant. The chili is also not badβ¦nice heibi taste. The signature salmon mala fried rice was quite disappointing thoughβ¦the salmon was quite dry since it was fried with the rice, and the mala taste didnβt come through the rice at all. The regular salmon egg fried rice actually tasted much better. the salmon was cooked just right, still tender and juicy. All in all quite a good meal.

β β β β β I had been looking forward to the opening of this stall and finally it did. The fried rice is done perfectly - what one would expect of quality fried rice. I was told that the price in β()β is without the rice as some diners probably want to have more servings of the ingredients. The umami of the pork chop stands out without the usual saltiness. The chilli is amazing - crispy and mala. Definitely look, smell and taste great for a hearty meal.

β β β β β Always been a fan of egg fried rice. Gotta say this surpasses my expectations. $6.90 for pork katsu egg fried rice and soup. Meat portion is a lot, egg fried rice is fragrant and the complimentary mala sauce is the icing on the cake! Definitely up my list with wok hey. In my opinion, even better than king of fried rice now!

β β β β β I am not impressed even though the pictures look nice. Unnoticeable garlic taste for a garlic fried rice. I dun even taste the egg flavour or θι¦ε³ of a fried rice. If I die die have to name a saving grace, it will be oozing egg yolk but still not impressive. Mentaiko was just a spread on top of the chicken katsu n it was not burnt. Nothing to shout about, period.
