★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer. The Cashiers are patience, calm, courteous when dealing with Customers, no matter how much goods /products that customers purchased. Even with huge/large number of Customers queuing, the Cashiers are cool, tackful and professional dealing with the situation. I am pleased and happy shopping at your Supermarket. Thank you to all your Staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place to shop, open 24 hours. Products are displayed nicely, with clear signage.
I don't feel congested as I enter the store, unlike some other supermarkets.
The staff too are friendly and efficient.
Overall, a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst supermarket in the east. Produce is regularly rotten and not removed from the shelves, basic products are often sold out, no one has a clue how to manage logistics here and quite frequently the price tags are missing or the products are shelved in the wrong spot.
I live close by but try to avoid this as much as possible. Hopefully we will get a FairPrice at some stage and this hopeless shop disappears.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s not a particular good supermarket. It rarely has lettuce and cucumbers for example which means you have to go to cold storage instead. Likewise there is only instant coffee and no filter coffee, which is kind of odd. I would not buy meat here either. Fish seems to be ok. Staff is friendly though and seems in a good mood - they have party music on most of the time when it’s not Xmas :)
