Ola Nails Singapore

I have been a customer of Ola nails for about a year now and the recent month’s incidents have made me decide to never come here again. I was here after my previous manicurist left to do my usual dip powder with extensions early this month. Arrived on time but I waited 45 minutes for my turn and my manicurist Joyce was very unprofessional. She had to be told umpteen times to balance out the length of my nails and insisted on charging the ala carte price when I’ve asked to pay for extension set and just have extensions on only 3 nails. On top of that, she kept giggling when I told her I’d like to keep the length of my nails and not cut them too much. Which was pretty unprofessional. She also did not bother to correct the uneven dents created hence the extensions were so obvious so after pointing it out to her she just kept adding on the layers and the difference in the size of my nails were so great it was hideous. I brought this incident up to the owner on IG and she offered me a replacement set and free CLASSIC PEDICURE WITH FOOT SPA. However when I tried to book my appointment, her words changed and told me she actually meant express pedicure. From that response it made me very hesitant to accept her offer but I wanted to correct my failed nails and I do like dip powder a lot so I accepted it in the end to feel better about going back to them again despite feeling so disappointed. Boy was I wrong!!! Joyce served me again today 3 weeks later and this time she cut my cuticles so deep it bled and was hurting me so much. She did not seem apologetic at all and just kept wiping acetone on my wound without a concern then just told me oh it will be okay tomorrow. To make matters worse I had to constantly tell her to balance my nail length AGAIN and she did not even do the right nail shape for me when I specifically told her almond. My nails are uneven, bumpy and in an ugly shape I really didn’t see the point in correcting anything anymore tho the owner did try to even them out eventually. Tbh I just wanted to leave. Seems like her basics are definitely not there and have no concept of customer service. This really left a bad taste in my mouth and will very well be the end of my dip powder manicure sessions here sadly. All the best, I do hope you find better and more professional manicurists to justify your products in future.

One of the staffs who did my nails is moody, didn't speak much and immediately left without checking that my nails were cut unevenly and left with rough edges. Also, the polish were uneven and bumpy. She did my manicure really fast as if she was competing with the person who did my pedicure. Rude and unprofessional. The other staff who did my pedicure was great though.

Such a cute salon with great vibes! Love getting my dip powder manicures here. They always look fab and they have a great colour selection. If you’ve never had dip powder before you should definitely try it!

Did classic gel pedi and class dip powder mani for CNY and i always love the service here! Pris and Ami has been really sweet and making sure i was comfortable! They are professional, gentle and meticulous! Nails are always ? when im here! ❤️ Thanks Ola Nails!

Dropped by Ola Nails for the second time (first time I booked via ClassPass) yesterday and had a great session. Priscillia did my nails (express gel mani) and recommended some colours to match the colour I picked (the darker pink) which is growing on me!

My second visit. The staff who helped me with the service was knowledgeable and had given me alot of professional advices for my problem nails. i had a pleasant manicure session here. Nice colour and I like it so much.

I've gone to Ola Nails for a few times now and I just love their service every time! I must say my nails always look fab and the staff is just super friendly and very accommodating. This is definitely a go to nail salon! No BS no hard selling and I love it!

It was my second visit to Ola Nails and it was always a pleasant experience! Their techniques and quality of products used are unmatched to the other nail salons here. Pricillia was also very meticulous with shaping my nails and was helpful in recommending the colour on my nails. Found my new favourite salon and already can’t wait to be back!!
