Old Chang Kee

I'm a regular customer here. Always loves the food here and staff was just fine. Sadly this time round, what I had experienced was not too pleasant. Dined in for breakfast at around 9:30am on 04 Jan 2021, there were 2cups of drink(Coffee & Teh) on the counter for collection. As my height was short that I might not be able to see properly of the drinks, I asked which drink should be the hot Teh. And the reply from the Malay staff on that shift replied in Bahasa, "Yang Warna Kopi itu KOPI, Yang warna Teh itu TEH" sarcastically. I was a little shocked and offended but what worsen was when the other colleagues of hers laughed togther! It was hurtful yet I remained calm and walked away. During this pandemic everyone are having a hard time, and as a front liner might go thru busy days everyday serving guests unstoppable, just remember to be kind. *I even cleaned my own tray even you're rude to me okay*

very unwelcoming here , customer service nope and also give me wrong change ! My price of my items $5.40. I gave her $7 but she gave me back $0.60. I noticed it when I already went out of the store. too bad $1 also want to be dishonest. lolled.

Learnt from my first experience... and its the 2nd time that this outlet gave me the wrong items during peak hours. Pls be careful and check ur items before stepping out especially if this outlet

Overcooked food, unfriendly staff. Need serious improvement

So far okie if you're in a rush to go for your appointment. Unfortunately they'll be closing permanently soon due to government chasing them out to take up their space after 25th June. No more this convenience after that. Quite a pity.

It's a convenient stopover for coffee and bites. Food standard is average, place is air-condition so it's cool place on a hot day. They offers the usual fare of Curry puffs, fish and Sotong balls etc. Just don't stay too long as you will smell of their kitchen!

Note of caution to all. Utterly disappointed. Food was already at the counter area. It appeared to have been left out for hours or were someone else’s. Appalled by the service and food quality. For $6.70, the fish and chips was cold, fries were hard, tartar sauce watery. Refused to heat food up, Curry chicken rice, watery, bland, much like the hospital’s. Overall horrid experience.
