โ โ โ โ โ It was a bad experience for me on 04 Jun 2019 night at this outlet. I took out my NETS flash card to scan for payment again because earlier scanning with the card in my wallet had failed. The lady crew said : "You put your card down there. It will not swindle (ๅ) your money away." I wonder any sane person will view this as an insult anymore.

โ โ โ โ โ Early in the morning. There r 3 staff in your shop n behind was so long q, and only 1 cashier picking up d food and kip money and she is slow too.. n another one is pcking the food. Since you know tt got long q le, y not go helpout instead of packing d food??
Please do something to your paya lebar staff esp the fat malay lady, giving attitude looks..

โ โ โ โ โ Strange. There is a full service store just across the road at Singpost, yet there is always a long queue at this smallish, no seatings and really tight space. Yes everyday, every hour. Maybe being 2 minutes walk from MRT station entrance helps. But I think credit should also go to the patient and enthusiastic counter staffs.

โ โ โ โ โ hii , on 3 oct , i went to plq outlet and purchase your food and the staff was rude and not nice at all it makes me feel not well come and when i ordered the chessy fish finger + QQ fries and ask for more cheese i dont mind paying more but after i made payments and when back to eat there is only so less cheese on it which im not happy about and if you want to serve your customer well pls do it by heart , and when i also bought your potato chips your chips is all being crush to small small small pieces which is the mostt im unhappy about . i hope your can do something about it !

โ โ โ โ โ i felt cheated by the staff, served me the nasi lemak size like kids meal. Ask for exchange and staff siad : eat lah, would not die'' i eaten last week the set is much more bigger than this size. Plus this chicken is marron color. old chang kee customer service just ignored.
