We tried all the spring rolls on their menu, skin was too thick and chewy, the meats (pork and chicken) used were tough and made the dish really challenging to eat. The mi xao bo (beef stir fried noodles) was the most disappointing dish of all — basically instant noodles fried with oil and pepper, vegetables and unfortunately the beef was also very tough. The only dish that was ok was the bun thit nuong, however the sauce was not as punchy and flavourful as expected, and I didn’t see myself going back for more. Overall a pretty disappointing experience. They might be better for hotpot/bbq but I wouldn’t recommend the dishes.

Nice vibe, friendly owner makes new customers at home too. Spotted something quite interesting on the drinks section of the menu - tamarind peanut $3.90. It does not disappoint, balanced refreshing sour & sweet, with crunchy peanut. Frog chilli bbq $14.90 is aromatic, the spicy chilli sauce is refreshing with lemongrass. Deep fried pink tilapia $17.90 is good value. Fried until very crispy, although there is a tiny bit of fishy smell (as expected in freshwater fish), is easily masked by the spicy garlicky salty fish sauce. Will try other dishes on the value next time - such as grilled quail. P.S the short chairs may not be comfortable for very tall people... ?

A cute little joint with some dish options that others don’t offer. Banana flower salad was crunchy and nice. Decent rice paper rolls and banh mi too. As we just wanted something light, we decided to try beef wrapped in betel leaf. The dipping sauce was definitely the bomb! Tamarind juice with peanut was a nice, refreshing drink. Staff was also really kind to offer to cut our banh mi into halves when he noticed we have been sharing the food. Shall be back to try other noodle dishes or hotpot!

For people who likes grill food can give it a try. I like the marinate which they put on grill food. Bbq beef sliced n bbq beef cubes are on the tougher side, hence I prefer the pork chicken n prawns. The dipping sauce goes well with the grill. The bbq frog leg is very yummy, must try.

Pork and spring roll vermicelli - doesn't taste like the usual ones I had in Singapore. It comes with peanuts. The pork is quite dry. Beef fried rice - the beef comes with some salted vegetables, separate from the "fried rice". Coconut - the flesh is hard and the water is not sweet, almost sourish.

grilled frog leg is so amazing and can’t easy to try this type of good quality food in other restaurant. The wording on the glasses is very funny. “Human is the only animal who can laugh” This make me look around the deco of the restaurant, it’s warm and nice to gathering with friend. Very good to enjoy food here, service of the staffs are very nice, introduce the food in with a detail way. Definitely re visit this restaurant again??

Nice set-up with low table and chairs that give you the feel that you are dining out in HCMC. Food is authentic as owner assured us that they were prepared by Vietnamese. We especially like the BBQ frog leg and quail. They go well with your cold beer. Unfortunately, they are ran out of Saigon beer due to good demand.

Low seating set up, feel like we are in Vietnam. Services are attentive and food are nice. We love the spring roll and pan cake, The crispness add texture to the flavour. We will come back again !
