Was told that chicken wasn't ready at 12 also, needed to wait another 30 minutes. Half the seasonal specials were not ready by 12 either... Most disappointing Stuffd ive been to

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good price and delicious. Should update the opening time since today I was there at 4:45 pm and was told they will open at 5pm. It seems they have a break from 2 or 3 pm till 5 pm. It would be better to inform customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adding on to my 1 star review made on May 12, 2022, their customer service officer left a note stating to email them for reviewing of feedback, sent it the next day, but no reply for the next 7 days, terrible terrible customer service, if you have NO INTENTION ON SOLVING THE ISSUE in the first place, kindly do not leave a automated note stating that I am able to contact you.
On top of that, I gave it another chance, went down yesterday @ about 12.55pm, most of the ingredients has already ran out, not much choices left, so please tell me is this how a outlet and customer service is suppose to run?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went at 11.45 am, was told by staff that the chicken will need another 40 to 45 minutes to be ready. the last I've recall the shop used to be opened at 11.00 am?
Then after I went to checked with my colleagues, as they frequent Stuff`d, my colleagues told me that usually the store's chicken is readily available at around 12.00 pm.
Not sure if there is a change in the shop's operating hours lately. Seems like Stuff`d is no longer a viable lunch option.
In your website its stated that Stuff’d is a quick casual restaurant franchise, seems like its not that quick anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place damn fine burritos and kebabs. Lots of meat options, the chicken is crispy and succulent. Lots of different options and extras to choose, and a nice easy process and instructions to make it happen. The ingredients are all nice and fresh, and the service is fast getting it through to your liking. Really hot, fresh and tasty product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a veggie burrito with extra guacamole and it was massively HUGEEEEEEEEE!!! Good service standard to confirm the order as i had a switch of ingredients for my preference, and much appreciated??❤️ Thanks again, Stuff’d! Btw, though the pricing is $8.50 for a la carte veggie w top up, it still felt worth it. Competition with heaps of other food outlets and varieties around PLQ SQUARE, PLQ 1 PLQ2, Singpost, yet the queue was still present at 4pm on a Friday.

Cant find/taste my hummus, portion way too little ☹️ ???
Taste wise ok. Freshness ok.
Mala tofu good.. strong in taste.
Attentiveness of staff needs improvement, we need to call out to them a few times before some1 serves us. Staff polite thou.
