★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the outlet at about 8 pm this Sat night 29 July. I ordered chicken bites which costs $ 2. When I went home I saw that cheese was poured on the chicken. I never ask for cheese for medical reasons. The lady did not have the decency to ask if I wanted cheese. She was so presumptious. Since I cannot eat cheese I had to throw it away. I am not happy about this. Poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were like robots, no eye contact, no sense of customer service. I appreciate fast and prompt service but not at the expense of friendly, polite and well mannered staff. Food items are delicious nevertheless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive snacks and curry puff basically not worth buying. All mesh potatoes, very small pc of eggs n curry powder taste, no chick meat like before and curry puff flour skin is so thick. Standard has dropped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Saw this foreign worker who was at the front of the queue buying stuff, the old Chang kee worker was talking rudely to him and was so impatient. And when I was buying my items and wasn't sure where to place my card, she was annoyed. she could have explained in a nicer manner, disappointed with the service.

Buy 3 stick of Small fish ball 1 one Stick big fish ball
3 stick small fish ball is Fine, but the Big one is Spoil
