Dinner rush hour queue was insanely long but I was pleasantly greeted by staff who were still patient and friendly when assembling orders :) Appreciate the service!

Need stronger manpowers during peak hours. Always long queue. 6.30pm - 20people . One staff seems not to care too, taking their time to prioritise online order instead of the people who are in front of them. Only one Indian boy works really fast to clear the queue.

Worst Stuff'd outlet ever. Bad customer service and food. The chicken kebab meat was burnt and salty. As the female lady did not add tomato to the kebab, I asked her but she told me off and said that they ran out of tomato. I then asked her to add more lettuce because the vegetable was quite little. She added two small pieces of lettuce and ranted that her colleague was not able to wrap the kebab up if she added more lettuce. With the amount of vegetables that she gave, I'm sure that the kebab is able to contain the twice the amount of vegetables. She could have just told me nicely instead of yelling. Please look into this.

Would give 0 star if that’s possible. Came by around 830pm to grab dinner. Got a burrito which costs $7.3. Once I’ve reached the selection of carbs, there was no more mashed potato, no rice and no corn. Leaving me with only couscous and black bean. Only 2 selection for $7.3. You must be kidding me. The least the staff could have done is to let me know before hand.

Very slow service. There was a queue of ~10 people but the server was slowly refilling the veggies. There were other employees in the store at the time who could have done the refilling for him. Their tasks were not urgent. Instead we just watched him for 10min while he refilled his entire vegetable station.

05 July 22 - visited and ordered a daily bowl salad. At the end after payment I asked for spoon which I was told they RAN OUT. I'm not sure how they are expecting customers to eat without providing utensils. I went to a store to buy in the end.
