What we had ? Mixed Pig’s Organ Fried Porridge, $6 ? Signature Bak Kut Teh (dry), $10 (1-2 pax) ? Pork Ribs Soup, $7 ? Seafood Cheese Bee Hoon, $8 ? You Tiao, $1 ? Fried Mee Sua, $1 ? Fried Large Intestines, $6.50 The fried porridge is especially flavourful with a bit of wok hey. You don’t need additional seasoning for this ?. We also enjoyed the meaty and tender bkt ribs. The dry bkt sauce reminds me of gong bao sauce while the soup one is slightly less peppery than the usual bkt soup that I’ve tried (good for those who dont like it too peppery ?) The cheese bee hoon sauce is not as cheesy as I thought but rather a thick and savoury cream sauce. I like that it is not overly rich or cloying. Comes with a few prawns, sotong and clams I also enjoyed the dry mee sua which is well coated with their flavourful and fragrant sauce ? If you like intestines, their fried large intestines are crispy and pair well with the red chilli! ? For more food reviews, check out my IG - @dtfoodaffair

We been here 2 times already. First time tried the intestine fried porridge , very nice with wokhei and generous serving. 2nd time tried pigs organ soup with youtiao so good , the soup taste like songfa standard (abit less peppery). What’s best is can refill soup. Really surprised such high standard hawker in our neighbourhood and we didn’t know abt it .

Yummy even for takeover. Ordered fried dough and meatballs as well to go with the porridge.
