★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good fried kuey tiao. I prefer a bit of wet type. $3.50 for this serving is consider generous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried them for the first time after they moved to Beo Cresent market after the Havelock Road kopitiam renovation. Best char kway teow we’ve had in a long time - moist, nicely charred and generous with the ingredients!???? The queue gets long even during non-peak hours so be prepared to wait for your plate:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fried Kway Teow (Extra Blood Cockles). Another nostalgic stall from the old zion road food centre which occupies across the canal from the current zion riverside food centre. Their Char Kway Teow is nothing to shout for but if you are a hum (blood cockles) lover, adding more of it may be a good choice as the taste of the blood cockles is evident in this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chance upon this fried kway teow stall inside the hawker centre of Beo Crescent food centre. Noticed that there was a lot of people gathered Infront of their stall, seems like a very popular stall. Prices for the fried kway teow comes in 3 sizes, SGD$4,5 and 6. When I ordered, I was informed by the lady that there is at least a half an hour wait. She will serve your food to your table once it is ready.
Ordered the smallest portion, and their serving seems generous. The plate of fried kway teow came with ingredient like cockles and Chinese sausage. Kway teow was nicely fried, can taste the wok hei and the heat from the chili. The kway teow is more on the moist side. Most importantly it didn’t taste too greasy for me.
Overall, it an above average of fried kway teow, no wonder their stall is so popular. I would highly recommend this stall.
