★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there many times, food is good and service is not recommended. Even though it's a self service restaurant they don't respect the queue. I have been standing in the queue and when it's my turn they don't serve, they are just serving who ever yells for their order or to the people they are familiar with and then they come to me. I have experienced this few times.

The food clip fell down and the waiter just pick it and put it back at the food serving area. To my shocking, the fellow workers and even the lady boss did not even bother to at least wash and use it back. This restaurant's service made me think that even infront of customer this could happen and I can't imagine how the food were prepared behind the scene! This is totally absurd and disgusting given the standard of operating restaurant in SG.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Customer service very bad, no eye contact and no greeting. 1 person was doing the pratas etc., 1 uncle was at the food section.
2. I took out 2 can drinks from their fridge, put on the counter, no one attended to me, I had to ask them how much.
3. When I'm paying for the drinks, the older uncle kept looking at the table where my friend sat as if we didn't pay for the 4 glasses on the table, previous patron's. So I said they weren't ours.
4. I kept asking for ice for the drinks but the same uncle said I've to pay for ice, so I said forget it, and he just ignored.
It was a bad experience for me coming there for the first time wanted to chill and catch up with my old friend, after our futsal session nearby. Don't think I'll come back again.

2. 4 clowns working . Couldn't be bothered to greet or take orders.
3. Food looked like it was prepared 2 days ago .
4. Lots of house flies resting on the food and utensils.
5. Waited 20 mins for my order and still not served.
6. Cancelled my order and left.
7. Never will patronise these filthy place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience, horrible service and horrible food. Ordered Chicken Biryani through Grab and they called me 5 minutes later to say they don't have it even though I had already paid for it... They offered no solution. I had to call them back 10 minutes later to ask if i can change to another item of the same price. So they gave me the Chicken Murtabek. The food was simply horrendous - half the Murtabek was filled with bones. Do not eat here
