Review or feedback are supposed to provide both side of the story in terms positive or negative experiences while using the services. Kindly perform some soul searching and seek improvement on business practise faced by customer using the services and comment negatively. Yes many good experiences by customer but please do not take advantage of it. So bad experiences must be mentioned too especially when happened repeatedly. This is what Google Review is all about. The bad experiences on the salon such as when customer stated very clearly just want to have an haircut, kindly do not prepare (practising peer pressure tactics) it and even perform the services such as hair washing and comment it's just 8 or 10 dollars only. By all means, if customer have already told not to perform services such as hair washing on the guest he/she bring in the salon and performing the services while the payee is away for a short while, the customer can don't pay for the additional services and just walk away if he/she found out upon billing. This had led to bad impression to both the customer and the guest it brings. Have never meet such a salon who perform services without customer approval and perform it consecutively. When customer have already performed coloring at the salon, kindly do not keep on suggesting to customer to do coloring on their next monthly visits each time. Each hair coloring session can last many months, furthermore customer have remind not to always mention it on monthly visit. DO HAVE SOME CODE OF ETHICS !! As it not always about increase your bottomline. Would you like to order a 4 dollar noodle dish and the hawker give you a 6 dollar noodle dish, insisting and commenting it's just a few extra dollars? Verdict: Highly avoid salon with such practise no matter how nice it looks on the outside

Awesome ! They are not like the typical Hair salon setup you used to go ! Love the chandelier light in the middle of salon ! Similar Orchard hair salons setup without the Orchard Rd prices ! Beside that they are very clean salon especially during this period ! Professional service ! If you are going to this salon, pls do appointment them ! Keep it up guys !

I have been contemplating to write this review... The haircut was great and I love how it turned out. However, I was being sold a hair mist that doesn’t work at all, and definitely not as great as what the hair dresser claimed. To be honest I would have rated a 5/5 for the haircut. The whole experience is just bad with the expensive product.

It was my first time at this place for a hair cut, scalp and hair treatment. Price was reasonable and service was excellent. I was attended to by Jacky and he’s courteous, polite and the most patient hairstylist. Excellent work and the other hairstylist were very pleasant and smiley too. Thank you

Salon is clean and saw them sanitizing the tables and chairs when customers leave. Give me a peaceful mind esp in this period. They using good quality products that I can see. Salon environment is nice & cosy. Service is good. I have found a salon for my regular hair service. Thank you !

Visited today, forgot to book an appointment but they still made time for me even though they were very busy and packed. :') have never once let me down when I go there to cut my hair. Always leave satisfied. When the long hair lady, saw my phone had low battery, she offered a charger and wire for me to charge my phone. They are super warm, always smiling, never push their products onto their customers. This is the best and my favourite salon ever, always reccomending to my friends HAHAHAHAHAH. Do visit them! 10/10 you will not regret it!! :)

First time here, chanced upon it as I was looking for a hair salon. Saw the reviews online & decided to try. Didn’t regret it, the lead stylist was experienced & recommend a cut suitable for my hair length & texture. Did a cut, wash, scalp & hair treatment. Though pricier side for my budget, but overall satisfied with the service & results. Recommend!
