Very legit hair salon at just $6 for mens cut. Busy at times though.

excellent neighbourhood salon! treatment offered were $38, $48 and $68 with the cheaper 2 inclusive of a hair cut. on top of that if you do a scalp treatment for hairloss, you will be charged $18 instead of the usual $45. so i had my hair treatment and hair scalp done at just $66! (was recommended by friend to do the $48 treatment and i wanted a trim anyways) i have really dry and damaged hair due to over colouring and perming. i’ve tried home treatments before but they were all found to be useless. this neighbourhood salon really offers affordable yet effective treatments. cant compare to the other salons because this is the first i actually tried but am rly satisfied. will drop by every 2 months for maintenance. was served by a male hair stylist (did not ask for his name). environment is of course not the best, pretty old and messy. but service and affordable treatments are my priority.

The prices are quite reasonable, for guys haircut is $6. Can get a bit crowded if you don't have an appointment.

Tbh this was my favorite salon because they used to do my hairstyles well. I decided to change a hairstyle this time and brought the most unstyled photo of the hairstyle I wanted. The hair stylist gave me something totally different. He then told me it was a problem with my hair being too flat. Then he said it would be nicer if I had a hair wash, which I agreed to, but it was still the same. So basically I paid extra for the haircut to still have a totally wrong hairstyle. Very disappointed. If he didn't know how to do the hairstyle he could at least have said so and I can go somewhere else.

I ever did my root touch up and even tip one of the staff there.This was before the pandemic in early year 2019. Sevice there was only mediocre.I would not have given even a 1 star rating due to not allowing me. But ever since the pandemic till date, I found the two ladies there (almostly very aunty looking) are racist. Not happy to serve me because I am a non chinese. Twice already I have been there and, been turned away for no valid reasons. If they only accept by appoinments and not walk in, they should just put a notice outside instead of just say 'No' to walk in like myself. Their response is very loud and rude. I woud not recommend their service due to my past experience with this KIZUNA SALON @Blk 806 Hougang Central!! Thumbs down for their very bad service etiquette towards walk in customer.

Been visiting this salon for a relatively long time. Will book an appointment with my usual hairstylist, Shirley. She's very professional and definitely knows what she's doing. Recently, I tried dyeing my hair with them and I was pleasantly surprised with the end result as I would usually experience difficulties getting colour onto my black hair without bleaching. Highly recommend!
