Always enjoyed the brisk but fulfilling haircut service here. Kenji Ng is attentive, careful and gets the correct haircut per your request within 15 mins tops. Well worth the $10 price.

Was attended by Kenji Ng. First time trying kcut. Prefer this 'express' service, fast and clean. Kenji very polite, professional and attentive despite us paying such a low price. Will definitely go back again!

Been frequenting this place for 1-2 years. Kenji Ng never disappoints. Friendly guy too, you can ask him for tips on styling your hair. As long as they keep it at $10, it's super worth. $12 is also alright I guess but I hope they dont raise it like EC House.

Love it! Like the Korean concept. Pay, cut and go. Had my bob cut which had gone uneven levelled. Happy with the result. Environment, clean and all tools used were sanertised. I am pleased with the service and would recommend.

Been frequently visiting that outlet for awhile, kenji does by far the best service amongst them, next is a young female(miss khong i think) , today i did with an aunty with the name ‘Janet Leong’ if i remember correctly. Her skills by far the worse.. she start by cutting so much of my fringe, to her liking, not mine when I specifically told her cut A LITTLE. I wanted my hair to be thinner but she say very thin already and my hair not easy to cut when other stylist able to do it for me. Afraid she might destroy even more of my hair i left without asking to remedy a little. Don’t approach her if you value your looks. I don’t know why they advertise their crew as ‘professional’ it was the complete opposite. If i had not known the rest of their staff i would have given 0 stars if i could

Went to the Hougang branch and was attended by an auntie (Janet Leong I think, can’t rmb for sure) and am extremely dissatisfied. Would give ZERO stars, not even half, don’t even visit tbh. Even if it’s cheap and fast hair cut, how can the stylist cut hair until it’s uneven and choppy?? This is by far my worse hair cut in my life. First and definitely the last time I’d be here. The auntie still happily chop my hair till it’s pretty short when I specially ask to cut only 2 inches………. And the slight v shape at the back is so choppy and staggered. She still say nice or not and was very satisfied with her skills????? MY HAIR IS RUINED RIGHT BEFORE CNY UGH HATE IT SO SO SO MUCH. Would advise to reconsider paying $12 for subpar standard of haircut unless you are super qin cai. Else you get what you pay for literally. ? (although I have gotten a.$6 haircut with results way better than this disgusting end product)

Went to cut my hair arnd the afternoon, was attended by Wendy Tee if I’m right. I asked her what type of hair that i didnt need to maintain and be able to still tie up into a ponytail. She was very patient with me and gave me recommendations. The end result was good for me!

Come here at your own risk. Unless you want a haircut that could bring joy to others to laugh at. Look at that uneven cut behind my mum’s hair! We arrived at 8.15pm (another girl was with a customer) and the girl (whom cut my mum’s hair eventually)can’t wait to go home and just only keep focusing on sweeping the floor for > 10mins while we are waiting. When another customer came in again, she has no other choice but unwillingly ask my mum to go to the booth. And this is the end product of her unprofessional haircut. And this rubbish cut still costs $12!!
