★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One Marina Boulevard is a premium office building conveniently located at Raffles Place. It has floor to ceiling windows and spectacular views of the bay. It is sometimes known as NTUC Centre as NTUC is located in the building. For coffee lovers, there is Huggs Cafe on level 2 and Wangs cafe right at the basement as well. Car parking for visitors is available. The building is fully sheltered to Raffles Place MRT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main NTUC office building. Well appointed and maintained, it is a very good place for meetings and special events organised by labour related organisations. The views from the high floors of the seafront is breathtaking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to work here and the view of the bay is just awesome. There is a small Huggs cafe on the 2nd floor which is great for afternoon coffee and the underground passage link to the other building, complexes and MRT makes it very convenient, especially when it rains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presently visited from decades ago in afternoon assembled in my parents and Bro. My Bro an award recipient who have received a bursary of Scholarship Cert Best Academy Award and Education Grant Ceremony organization by SMEE attending to Ceremony before the presentation starts at 2:00PM. We're both were seated at the back and relaxed to observed my Bro after receiving a good achievement academy conduct performance in his diligent work in secondary education that he had done well from his mid-year examination. As well we have took a few photographs with NTUC laborer and Guest of Honour Minister Dr Tan Wu Meng, Member of Parliament, Jurong GRC congestion at Stephen Riady Auditorium. It was an excited event for our award recipients to cheer on given an applause for those who have received their best awards after done well in their secondary school academy performance every year.
