★ ★ ★ ★ ★ San Pin had always been my favourite brand of pao fun. Used to go to get it from Bedok until they opened this branch. The quality is just as good (super tasty, and makes me feel more healthy) but without the queue. Highly recommended. Service was also friendly.

The broth is full of umaminess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've tried other better pao fan elsewhere, so kinda disappointed with this one. Broth not flavourful, rice grain not soft, crispy rice not crispy, prawns and clams too small and didn't look fresh. Not value for money for SGD7.50 paid.
