It not l like it l was invited to attend Watch'sMan Church Services at this Place n this is the first time l was there n the industry building was rented by Watch'sMan Church for this Sunday services.

A little far off but a lot better compared to places like Tuas, Changi or Mandai. Plus point for ramp up for 40HQ

This industrial I used to work as part time general cleaner. This place have plenty of shops, warehouses, laundries, spray paintings, production of metal fabricating and hot works. In here I have met a lot of nice kind peoples.

Management for North Spring Bizhub is the worst management we have come across. Especially BERNARD who is the in charge for the whole management staff in the building, i will strongly suggest tenants or Business owner who deal with any business related to shipping container & big size truck which need to frequent enter & exit the building for deliveries / receiving purposes to AVOID THIS BUILDING, RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK and it WILL RUIN YOUR BUSINESS. THEIR IN-EFFICIENT WAY of MANAGING these entries & super hassle procedure will only RUIN those BUSINESSES Precious Time and resources whom is inside this building. Adding on THIS BERNARD is a Chairman of the management whom is running the whole management owns some unit inside the building, to his own units, he has all the priority which he deserve and he can happy run his own business inside the building without any issue and adding on to his past career which he is a ex-policemen and knows all the laws and using his knowledge of laws combine with his chairman authority to provide DOUBLE STANDARD to EVERY TENANTS MAKING EVERY ONE SUFFER LIKE HELL. He HOLDS DOUBLE STANDARD & MIS-USING OF HIS AUTHORITY, SUCH CHAIRMAN INSIDE THIS MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE REPLACE WITH A PERSON WHO IS FAIR ENOUGH TO ALL TENANTS AND HAVE GOOD INTENTION TO HELP BUSINESSES INSTEAD OF DRIVING THEM ALL TO A DIED END. AS LONG BERNARD IS STILL THE CHAIRMAN RUNNING THE MANAGEMENT, I WILL REALLY WARN all the INTERESTED TENANTS WHO IS LOOKING AT THIS PLACE FOR RENTING BUSINESS TO BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL OF BEFORE YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT AND SUFFER YOUR YEARS WITH THIS DOUBLE STANDARD BERNARD MANAGEMENT.

One of the better managed building we’ve office in. We are happy that the management took the effort to keep the maintenance fee low and reasonable. The building is mostly clean and neat. Will recommend.
