★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to check on closing due to PH. The clinic assistant told us 1230hr they are closing and we rush down from kovan. Reached the clinic at 1225hr. They told us they are close. They say come before 1230 and i show her my phone time is 1225. They just say a sorry we are close.
Left we no choice and whole body is weak. Have to find other clinic is available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just visited this clinic. The locum doctor Dr Foo Jong Hiang was excellent. He was genuinely caring and attentive to what I told him. I was impressed with his bedside manners and a good listener. The 3 lady staff on duty were also pleasant and friendly. Overall a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor’s are very polite and professional. But clinic need to work on their operating hours. Stated till 9pm but counter will say “registration is closed” when patient go in at 8:40pm. Whats the point of stating the opening hours then?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always the same issue. Front desk at least 3 to 4 staff, but take their own sweet time talking among themselves, moving slowly. Patients consult only takes 5 minutes, but wait for prescription 45 minutes to an hour. The front desk staff has no compassion even for the old, some are so weak and sickly, and are just being ignored. Over the years it’s has been like this. They seriously need to train their staff or at least hire those who truly have passion in the health industry. Worst clinic in Hougang as far as I know. Doesn’t deserve a one star even.

The wait time can be pretty long, but the reception staff did warn when I registered that it would be a two hour wait for visiting the doctor and collecting my medicine so it's fair. The staff is polite and professional, Dr Wong is very knowledgeable and professional yet friendly as well. He is sincere and patient as well. Medication is also effective. I can see why so many people choose to visit this clinic.
