β β β β β Here resides a doctor I have been to since young. Professional, quirky, and one who is ethical.
If you are looking for a doctor that just listens to your story and give generic treatments, which drug you can get off the shelves in some pharmacy and self-prescribe, please save yourself trouble and don't visit here. If you are looking to instruct the doctor on what treatment you need, save yourself from some scolding by avoiding this clinic.
However, if you would genuinely wish for a professional doctor's opinion, and most importantly, be charged fairly, then this is the place to go. Don't be the one telling the doctor what to do, cus if you do that, the doctors here reserve no hesitation for you to go somewhere else to be your own doctor!
Rude, some may say, but their attitude arose from seeing too many brat patients.

When requested 2days MC, doctor refused, then the next day i still feel very unwell!
When reuqested for explanation of medicine, doctor refused, he said no need bother whats that for, just follow instruction.....I dont feel secured.
the doctor is very irrepressible, i didt feel safe when i visited the doctor.
He was not really genuine to treat me.
and he also shouted at me.

β β β β β Perceptive and straight talking doctor who really knows his stuff.
I've been a patient for over 2 decades, and have seen other doctors especially after moving, but I choose to travel to Dr. Loo for his expertise. He has downsized his outfit and now runs everything singlehandedly so you have to make an appointment beforehand, but fees are very affordable. Highly recommended.

β β β β β Dr Charles Loo operates his clinic single-handedly, both as the appointment book maker, the medicine dispenser and the very doctor himself. He keeps his clinic's business running costs lean, and in turn, concentrates more on what doctors are supposed to do in the first place: ie dispense the best medical advice he can to the best of his ability. Therefore there could be unfriendliness shown if the would-be patient becomes demanding and impatient onset. Mutual respect is paramount and sets off the tone of doctor-patient relationship here. Whereas unlike most profit-driven clinics where doctors sometimes have to molly-coddle patients with their whims and demands, this doctor knows his medical stand and lives with a strong medical ethos of a medical practitioner. A rare and dying breed of a true ethical medical practitioner.

β β β β β Dr Loo is a rare, very kind, compassionate, excellently professional & diligent Dr whom a friend recommended me. I was at first doubtful & worried because I saw v extreme ratings in the reviews. However, after my consultation with him, I have no regret & highly recommend him. May God bless him & his family abundantly. May God also send gd samaritans into their lives.

β β β β β I went to this clinic in jan 2022. I am very delighted I finally got healed after having breathlessness for over three months. The senior doctor is very wise. He is so capable to manage the whole clinic by himself.

β β β β β I came to this clinic by my friend's recommendation as the Dr is senior and experienced in knowing which pills to administer to patients. When I first came, I did not know need to bring NRIC and call to book in advance and the Dr''s whole day schedule is fully book. Do remember to call and book b4 u come.
