β β β β β Just now my wife and myself visited shops at Bugis plus and ask for contact lens solution P2 because last months we did buy 6 sets contact lenses so product is good and comfortable for my wife but staff girl sales person very rude bcz lens solution no stock and she say finsh but rute mindset.
Customer service 00 very disappointed Bugis brange I hope owner do somting about it

β β β β β Visit bugis+ branch today. The staff is very rude as I asked for daily lens and she told me "our shop main product is 3month lens, the daily lens choice is only here bcuz the daily lens is an extra product." After that I ask for a vision check (I'm not sure my degree).
Staff: If you need vision check than you come next day and make an appointment first.
Me: so that's mean I'm not able to check today?
Staff: ya la bcuz you don't know your degree, if you know then I can sell to you la ! Our shop not everyday got ready stock sell to you de.
I LEFT AND THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I VISIT! POOR SERVICE AND RUDE STAFF! IF DON'T WANT SERVE CUSTOMER THEN DON'T OPEN THE SHOP.
