First told the younger lady that I need to get contact lenses, she made an unpleasant face (maybe she couldn't understand? As if I'm speaking alien language) and turned to her colleague. The other staff was much more helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was struggling with my new glasses which I made at other spectacle shop in amk hub and also went to the shop again but their service really help nothing. Therefore, I went to this shop to ask for eye testing and spec checking(new).
The staff check thru my eyesight, my previous spec and my new spec.
He explained patiently and also helped me adjust my new spec as it's not balanced.
Lastly, he charged Nothing(other shop charged S$35 for this service) and gave me some useful suggestion.
I'm really impressed for his kindness and professional. They'r definitely a good choice if u'r looking for quality and professional service. ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nose bridge support thing (2 small things) came loose from my spec. I initially went to owndays at amk, but they were busy and told me to come back next week. I googled and found this shop that is also at AMK hub. The guy who help me was very helpful and polite. It only cost $2 for the replacement, and despite the Low quantum I spent, he wiped cleaned my specs and tighten it for me as well. And my specs was not bought from his shop. Would pop by next time when I need a new pair of specs! Great service, thank u!
