★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a car from Optima Werkz to drive up to KL and was attended to by Gladys. I've rented many times in the past from other companies and I must say that the service from Gladys was professional, efficient and thoughtful. Their rental rate was also very reasonable for a car that was in excellent condition (Toyota Aqua Hybrid). Keep up the good work Gladys and will definitely come back next time when I need to rent a car again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a car for Optima Werks for over two years . The team were very professional and friendly . Over the two year period there were multiple scheduled services (as expected) and LTA inspections, had a few issues around a flat battery . In each instance the communication , customer experience was exemplary always worked around my schedule . Hard to fault them on anything over the 2.5 years I had rented from them 03-2019 to 08-2021.
