The whole renting process was smooth and their location allows easy pick up too, at Serangoon. Would have been better if they provided phone holder but overall still great! Thank you, would recommend ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented from OZ car rental and Audi A4 for my wedding. Person in charge was Clarence, he displayed really good customer service skills and he sent the car for polishing before I rented this car so that everything looks sparkling clean. Although the only downside was the delay in polishing, which cost me to wait 1 hours longer than the actual rental time. But other than that the cars and inexpensive and good and I would strongly recommend OZ Car Rental!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented from OZ car rental and managed to get the car for Christmas weekend at a reasonable rate, was last minute so was really grateful that I managed to get the car. Replies were efficient via WhatsApp and car was in good condition. They do rent to p plate drivers with less than 1 year experience. Overall a pleasant experience and would definitely rent from them again if I have the opportunity.

I was given a brand new car for rent and I took extra care of it. They have utter trust in their customers. Such trust is hard to come by these days.
The staff are very friendly too.
They lend out ears when there is a feedback to be given.
They also give great advise on any issues that are brought up by customers like me.
To sum it up, I am very satisfied with their service.
Also extra care was given by me to return the car in the great shape it was initially rented out to me because of their awesome service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OZ is very professional and reasonable car rental company. Sebastian has been great in dealing with me. When I asked for details no cover up unlike others. When I had a paint chip, OZ was reasonable with the repair cost. ? Will recommend them, a little more expensive than others but definitely you're in good hands. Even the other staff that check the car was nice and friendly. Will definitely look for them in the future. If you have yet to try, go for it. Fleets are very well maintained

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oz car rental customer service so far I seen out of all the other car rental company I been to theirs the best. They really do care about the customer experience and not to mention they keep their cars well maintain. As a p plate driver, I felt safe when driving their vehicles as compared to other car rental companies where I actually have my worries of the car. Shout of the Clarence for hooking me up with one of the popular car. His replies are fast and very easy to communicate with him. Not to mention his colleague Vincent, really nice guy customer service really well done. Even checked the car for me to see if I left anything bh. Thanks oz. Looking forward to my next rental with you guys.

? Will recommend them, a little more expensive than others in the same area but definitely you're in good hands. If you have yet to try, go for it. Fleets are very well maintained and staff like Sebastian will recommend you cars based on your requirements. Fuss free return of deposit within the stated time of the contract.

Car condition 10/10 (even for a 2 year old car, you know it's well maintained, definitely better than most of the other rentals I used before)
