β β β β β Be careful while dealing with real estate agents of orangetee.
We were renting a unit which was represented by Mr. Linus from orangetee. He sold the property to a buyer who forced us out of the apartment even when we had 6 months of tenancy left. Our TA also had a clause that the unit must be sold with tenancy.
In spite of all these, when the new owner started harassing us to move out, when we asked the agent to interfere, we didn't receive any help.
Finally when we asked for a valid compensation from the new owner for breaking the contract, the new owner trespassed into the property and abused us verbally! All this was informed to the agent and still no step was taken to ensure the TA is respected.
