Orchard Clinic (Bukit Timah)

I had an amazing experience at Orchard Clinic (Bukit Timah). The treatments I signed up for were Ultrasound and Radio Frequency + Shockwave therapy and HIFEM to tackle my diastasis rectic issue. My consultants were Shonia and Yehwee. They were absolutely sensitive and understanding of my concerns and only recommended solutions that were truly required. There was no hard selling and every session was comfortable and enjoyable. In just 8 sessions (4 HIFEM, 2 Radio Frequency & 2 Shockwave Therapy), my diastasis recti issue was rectified from a 3.5cm naval gap to a 2.8cm! My mom-tum also looks flatter significantly now. Backache has also reduced. My expectations were met and I am really satisfied with the results :)!

After delivering my 2nd child, I knew I needed to do something when I leaked urine while sneezing and looking at the mummy tummy bulge that wouldn’t go away. I chanced upon Orchard Clinic and started my treatments with them. So far, I’ve been to all their 3 outlets (Orchard, Kembangan and Bukit Timah). My consultants (Shonia, Siska and Jeanette) who attended to me are very attentive, always making sure I’m comfortable and also shared their experiences/knowledge with me. Even after about 3 months of not visiting OC due to busy schedule, Shonia greeted me warmly when I visited their new Bukit Timah branch. I felt so welcomed and had a great catch-up session with her during treatments. So far, my treatments have been effective, and am hoping to see more improvement in my incontinence. I have been struggling with diastasis recti (DR) after giving birth to four big babies (ranging from 3.4 to 4kg) within a span of 11 years. The ‘mummy tummy’ didn’t go away even though my youngest child is turning 6. Fed up of still looking pregnant, I finally decided to actively seek treatment to appear more “normal”. So I started goggling and stumbled upon Orchard Clinic. I was impressed by the rave reviews and decided to give it a go. Thankfully, my body seems to be responding well to the treatments so far. The gaps have shrunk quite a bit and I do feel slightly stronger in the abdominal area now. I am glad the treatments are effective because I doubt I could correct the DR on my own without the help of the machines. Being a SAHM, I have very few chances to interact with others. So going for weekly treatments gives me an opportunity to socialize a bit. I really enjoyed chatting with the staff during the hour-long treatments. They are easy to talk to and ever so willing to share about their personal lives. Honestly, it is really their personal touch that made me look forward to every session. I am sure there are other centres in Singapore offering similar services to treat DR, perhaps even at a more competitive rate. However, Orchard Clinic stands out by providing premium services that made you feel like a queen. Staff are all very helpful and enthusiastic. Special thanks to Ye Hwee, Shonia, Laura, Clarissa Ling, Jeanette who have attended to me so far. In particular, Ye Hwee who generously introduced to me a love for medjool dates, shared helpful tips on yoga and encouraged me to go for a photoshoot organized by the clinic. I never expected to have so much takeaway beyond treating the DR. Thank you, ladies and big congrats on the opening of your new branch!!

I have a very pleasant experience at Orchard Clinic. Regardless of Orchard branch or Bukit Timah branch, the consultants are very friendly and helpful. I faced some issues with payment matters, they have been very kind and prompt in helping me resolve the issues. I also want to commend Shonia, the consultant allocated to me. She is very gentle, thoughtful and attentive to my needs during the treatment sessions. Every session with her has been very comfortable and puts me at ease. The treatments have also been effective so far, my tummy and gotten smaller and my tummy's skin laxity has also improved. I recommend mummies with DR issues to consider them.

I have been going to Orchard Clinic (OC) over the past 3 months to resolve my Diastasis Recti condition with most therapies done at Tong Building. Cheryl Han did the diagnostics followed by treatments mainly done by consultants Ye Hwee and Shonia. Today I was the first client at OC's spanking new branch at Guthrie House. It is smart and spacious with a zen look and feel. I was given a warm welcome by my consultants and took photo shots to celebrate this special day. Must add that the consultants always make me feel relaxed and happy. They are very consistent in delivering their therapies. Glad to know that my condition has been addressed. Now the focus is on strengthening my core and pelvic muscles. Congrats to Orchard Clinic for a job well executed and happy to see the Clinic grow.

I have a small physique (waist 23cm) and having two big pregnancies resulted in a significant DR gap of 4.8cm and umbilical hernia. The treatments at orchard clinic has helped to reduce my DR gap slowly but surely, even though the hernia may not have entirely gone away. I feel more confident in dressing myself and the tummy bulge is no longer as obvious. My consultants, Shonia and Grace, have also been very encouraging and patient with the treatments. They are more like a friend and have always made me feel comfortable/ never pushy during the sessions, which I really appreciate. I always look forward to chatting with them on a weekly basis! My experience with Janelle at Orchard Clinic has been comfortable and good. From consultation to treatment sessions, Janelle has been attentive to my needs and area of concerns (DR and pelvic floor strengthening), sharing with me her personal recovery experience too. Highly recommended for mummies looking to recover from DR.

I started my therapies at Orchard Clinic which is located at Tong Building to resolve my Diastasis Recti condition with my consultant Janelle and it has been a wonderful experience as Janelle is very detailed in her explanations. She takes the effort to make me feel comfortable and makes sure that my questions are always answered.
