Orchard Scotts - 5 Anthony Rd

We stay here whenever we visit Singapore. The location is great as Newton MRT is just round the corner. This has the North South line and the Downtown line which will take you most places. The apartments are nice and spacious, fully air conditioned with a lounge and kitchen. It is also equipped with a washer/dryer. Continental breakfast is provided Monday - Friday and the apartments are cleaned daily (except Sundays and public holidays). There is also a gym, basketball court, playground and swimming pools. Our 2 bedroom apartment this time round was comfortable but unfortunately the tv was not working and it took some time to get it repaired. We also had to get the washer/dryer replaced and the curtain cord broke and had to be repaired. The management are very friendly and welcoming, always helpful. I think their communication could be better though.

I stayed here for two months after relocating to Singapore with all my family members. Nice facility and good service from employee. Breakfast place is a bit small but it depends on how deligent you are in the morning. Swimming pool is awesome~My kids started to swim here in the kid friendly circumstance. Hope to visit again~

Great place to be at and their pantry of their function room is always readily stocked! great service there also!

I stayed here for two weeks during my business trip. Well decorated spacious apartments with full kitchen, quite comfortable bath and shower, washing machine, dryer, all the furniture and equipment you need just like in your home. Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well-kept swimming pools and other common areas. Nice green garden surrounding and quiet place,  excellent location. A few minutes walking distance to the MRT, Newton Food Centre and Orchard Road. It was a great experience for me and I highly recommend here to anyone planning to visit Singapore.

Visited the service apartments. Asked for directions from a guard near the drive in and she gave me completely wrong directions to the wrong block. The concierge staff were nice though.

Orchard Scotts Residences is a 3 building facility, where the majority of the places are rented flats mainly by foreigners. Each building gets its own concierge service. The place get a nice park with many recreational facilties (2 tennis court, 1 baskett ball, 1 openair gym, one inhouse gym and 6 pools in different sizes (olimpic size 50 meter included). The Newton MRT metro station is just 2 minutes walk. The orchard road shopping centers are 10 minutes walk.

Firstly, with great mood looking forward to the stay, we arrived at the carpark and were greeted by a rude security officer who sat at the car park gantry. He asked us twice the unit number- well, we were here to check in to find out. He asked twice and shook his head. He then asked for my carplate number which of course was simply visible in front of him but he was reluctant to move from his seat to note down. I opened the car door and then hit a stone slab underneath. This was a sheer terrible meet and greet! Worse still, the labyrinth of carpark and lobbies just meant checking in was a joke. Security did not bother to direct me to the check in. Arrived at the check in counter after numerous rounds, there was no one at the check in counter. I would rather not talk about the next few steps to get ourselves finally checked in. Swimming pool - there are three pools with a 120 metre lap pool. Great for lap swimming except that the water was murky especially the lap pool - never in my stays in Singapore for so many years have I experienced a murky operational pool. I am really not sure what this murkiness was about. Visibility was just a two meter at best! All in all, a very disappointed stay which I will not repeat. A two bedroom was comfy though sound proofing from the corridor was rather poor.

This is a good place to stay. It’s close to Orchard road, MRT, bus station. They have fully furnished apartments with large clean swimming pools for adults and children, spa and jacuzzi area. There is also a tennis court, basketball court and a gym, parking in the basement. There is also apartment cleaning service and free breakfast. Everything was great, the service was attentive and helpfull. It would be great if the breakfast was changed regularly menu with more green vegetables. I will me staying here longer.
