Understand itβs near closing hours but they 2 lady staff, not young were so oblivious to our presence despite us standing there. Donβt expect extra friendly staff but at least some sort of acknowledgement. The lady was taking glasses for another customer, looked up to us and ignored without asking us to wait . We walked away and they looked happy that they have one less family to serve
Please be prepared for such service if you want your glasses made there

β β β β β Its definitely a hidden gem tucked away in Tai Seng. Had came once to do my glasses and contact lens as it is near my work. Was very impressed by the professionalism and reasonable prices so we travelled all the way from Jurong to Tai Seng again to make my daughters glasses. The lady optician is very pleasant and very informative. Highly recommended..5 stars for service and value..βββββ

β β β β β Excellent place to get your glasses done! Quick and cheap. Two pairs for $96, incl eye test and ready within 30 mins. After trying them on, felt a bit dizzy. Returned the next day and they fixed it on the spot. Thatβs invaluable expertise. Highly recommend. The auntie and uncle are super nice!!!

β β β β β I was here yesterday evening. Made 3 pairs of spectacles here. I was given an eye check as well which helps to confirm my vision and degree before making the spectacles. They have many designs and prices start from $48 onwards for frame + lenses.
The staff on duty were really helpful and provided good service. I collected my spectacles this afternoon. Overall it was nice shopping here. Thank you.
