The place has a cooking smell which clings onto your clothes and hair. Prices especially the zi char are a bit on the high side. Messy, sticky floor and generally not very clean.

This is my preferred coffee shop at Elias Mall. It is the only air conditioned coffee shop and has a reasonably wide range of food offerings - mostly if not all are Chinese. There are no halal food options here. Food items are reasonably priced and comparable to that of typical coffee shops. The dining area is usually relatively clean, however, the toilets can do with some serious cleaning effort. If you are visiting for the first time, I would highly recommend the cai png (economical rice) or zi char - those won’t go wrong. I quite fancy the fishball noodles as well. Skip the regular drinks and opt for barley - it is freshly prepared and has a blend of what I suppose is tau kee (beancurd skin). Very traditional and unusual, not too sweet as well.

An aircon foodcourt near Elias Mall. Quite comfortable in the hot days. They use blender to smooth the kopi peng. The rice in the nasi lemak is nice, using basmati rice and fragrant though the other dishes is just okay (I don't like the sausage). They sell a variety of nonya kueh too (the ondeh ondeh - klepon in indonesia - is one of the best that I tried in Singapore)

Comfortable air-conditioner coffee shop. Came here for the bak chor mee (saw the review here). The owner very sweet and nice of him as actually he was just about to take a break and has his early dinner, but he still happy to sell me last bowl of noodle before his break. Noodle is quite good though. Coffee was blended kopi peng, not too sweet?

Conveniently situated right above the Sheng Siong Supermarket, this air conditioned coffee shop has quite a number of stalls that sells palatable food. Our favourite is the rice stall, minced meat noodle stall (be prepared for longer waiting times during peak hours) & the western food stall (love love their pork chops because it tasted really juicy & succulent; yummy!). The Zi-Char stall is also supposedly well known especially for its claypot fish head curry too. But the drinks seemed to be a bit on the expensive side even though service over the drinks counter seems efficient.

Tried their Grilled Tiger Prawn Italian Sausage Spaghetti and Mushrooms Chicken Chop, cheap and delicious, value for money.

The only air-conditioned coffeeshop @ Elias Mall. There was a long que whilst we were here for lunch.....but was better after 1pm. Seafood Kitchen was ok....fast service. The salted fried rice didn't have much of the salted fish......??‍♂️.....the fried beehoon was ok too. Overall we still enjoyed our lunch here. We will be back to try out the other stalls located here.
