It took me 2 weeks to firm my decision to make this review. As I believe my experience ought to be shared to new household owners. Purchased their automated laundry rack through their distributor as we were impressed by the demonstration, and after considering the features and cost. As well as feedback from the distributors themselves. The product I purchased is OR-SGM11 by Orlant. Our appointment date was fixed on a Saturday morning, between 9am to 12pm. I had even double confirm with the distributor on the installation date and time on the day before the installation. During the actual day nearing to 11am, made a check with distributor and sad to say no response. Only to find out that was because they can't get the answer from the installer. This installer are staff directly by Orlant. At around 11:35pm got a call from Orlant office (not the installer directly) that installer will come between 2 to 3pm. Well, the installer came at 2:45pm. As I had to work on that day, my wife actually waited nearby our house as it is still undergoing renovation. So please do not expect my wife to be waiting inside the house and do other stuff. Wrote a review at the distributor's FB page in that every evening about how they did not respond to any of our calls and messages throughout the day. Surprisingly minutes later, the distributor called me and was very apologetic. Anyway, I will not go into that as I feel that the main fault should come from the supplier and installer themselves, Orlant. The Orlant manager did gave me a call subsequently, apologising and admitting it was their internal screw up, and offered to offer a free product as their form of service recovery. Here is the main topic I am sharing, Orlant could not even keep onto their words in their service recovery! I have even given them my office address so that they can deliver it on weekdays and I am assuming that weekdays won't be that busy as compared to a Saturday. Nevertheless, it has been two whole weeks and it wasn't even delivered, citing their busy schedule! Rest assured my office address is in a mature residential estate area in the eastern area, and not some far away locations like Tuas, Jurong Island or Sungei Gedong! So location I must say is actually convenient and furthermore it is near to an MRT station. I am not into greed to have free items. But to have such an experience PLUS the kind of credibility Orlant has, I strongly believe my experience is important to be shared. During the installation, the casing of both sides we need to point out to them that is not properly placed. They also had accidentally hit onto a water tap causing water spills on the floor, they did not bother to wipe. Even after their installation, they left the trimed electrical wirings on the floor and left. What kind of standard that is that? I am sorry if my review has an impact to your reputation but me keeping quiet is no longer the option. If anyone is to be interested in Orlant and their products, please reconsider.

Don't bother to get their product. As they don't even bother to answer enquires. First they will block you on Facebook when approach on whatapps. They say will follow up waited for months still no follow up and when approach them ask for a reply they follow up with another block totally not professional track peoples with trash products. Just close down and don't do harms to the consumers.

I did an installation today and have been communicating with Leon for the installatiom arrangement and deal. In my experience, his response was quick and it was a pleasant experience dealing with Leon. The installer was also polite and on time, and took the time to discuss on the best positioning of the system.

Had a good Experience in Whole. Purchased the X5L series which came with the mobile App. Installation was arranged to my preferred Day and Time Range. Technical Team was professional and experience during installation. Advice on the Hanger Usage was very well explained. Fully recommended Product ... 5 STARS.

Value and good quality product comes together. Being responsive and punctual are parts of professionalism and the staffs are armed with it. Not forgetting about good workmanship. Kudos for the good work! Keep it up!!
