Bad experience. Food was very oily and meat overly sweetened. The lychee tea was not nice and looked terrible. The pork chop was hard and the side dishes tasted like they were twice fried over because they were earlier prepared. For 2 hungry people who stepped in, this was a shoddy work of preparing food. The chair was not properly cleaned and made my skin itch after I sat on it. Do not recommend.

I've NEVER been so disappointed by a ramen restaurant before. I've tried other maze soba before and this is the WORST. As seen from the poster, the noodles suppose to be thick and wavy but the one I had was thin like wanton noodles. Tasted like wanton noodles too. What a waste of my money. Shame on you for false advertising.

Worst ever Japanese noodle in Spore. Noodle is hard and clump together. The ramen is super oily and taste is bad. Many cushions are torn and poorly trained waiter / waiteress. However they are not rude. Will ban this restaurant from now on. I don't remember the quality of food were so bad. It's definitely not worth the price!!!

For the price we paid for dinner, we found the quality and service reasonable. ? No fuss, casual dining place. Pork Nabeyaki Ramen ? and Vinegar Chicken with Mapo Tofu Rice ? Each of us got a set which came with a choice of different types of Gyoza. We wanted to order the tea but realised that it wasn't free flow - cheapskate huh?!?! ? Perhaps it's just our expectations... While we can't complain about the efficiency of service, it's sad to see how F&B service staff are stretched to their limits ?

They have many cushion seats that are torn and have ugly black tapes to cover them. The owner should invest a bit to have these seats repaired. It really spoils the dining experience. The food is reasonable and price is ok. I thought their gyoza would be the highlight but found them underwhelming.

It's me and my husband all time favourite ramen around neighbourhood. They've got good deal promotion during lunch time that's much cheaper than their set menu. It's like $2 OFF as I remembered. I ordered their chasu ramen and my husband ordered the fried rice and both taste nice as usual. Try their pudding as dessert, perfect for 2 and it's so creamy and not too sweet. So yummy!!! What a satisfying lunch!

15/7/2022 Friday Dinner 7pm+ TLDR: ok-ok Japanese food ?? Worth to come here with friends and family to enjoy their ramen and sides. If you can stand the oilyness of the black base for their ramen, and the high price ?. The maze soba uses egg noodles like wanton mee and not actual soba..... ? My friends and I ordered different set meals and sides to share. It was dinner rush and we waited only about 20 minutes for a nice staff to direct us to a plush table ?. They have both paper menus and an online ordering kiosk right above the table which is very very convenient and efficient ?. I ordered a shabu shabu maze soba set ? with a kaarage side ? and hot tea ?. The soba was delicious and chewy! Then I realized why I like it so much is because it is WANTON noodles ???? Not actually maze soba noodles ?. The sauce at the bottom is too salty also. It also doesn't have half an onsen egg ? unlike the ramen sets. The ramen soup ? it came with seems to be the white base selection and i find it plain compared to the rich and flavourful black base. The tea came in a heated ceramic cup and remained hot and soothing for very long. My friends ordered ramen sets ?? with the black base and the soup is delicous, but SO, so OILY!!! ??? It's aromatic, heavenly tasting, but the grease coats your entire mouth and your esophagus. With each bite of oil you get more and more repulsed until my friends couldn't finish it. I understand broth uses animal fats and stuff, but does the soup have to have like 3mm of literal oil on top of it? I am not exaggerating. The pork slices were so thin also. The gyoza ? is nicely pan fried and so-so. The kaarage ?? is yummy. The korean pancake is also so OILY!!!! ? The first and last thing you taste is oil and it is unpleasant. But I like the crunchiness of it. Their iced lemon tea ? seemed to be brewed by themselves, with sour plum? Not sure, but it isn't the bottled flavour kind and tastes yummy paired with the ramen. The price is okay okay, $12 to $20 price range for a set. You can choose 120g or 240g of ramen noodles which is nice. Add on the 7% GST and 10% service charge and I find it a bit too pricey ? for wanton noodles LOL. Overall, idk if I want to recommend people to try. Nice atmosphere and decent food, just hope you are okay with the oilyness and egg noodles for maze soba.

Located at L2 just right up the escalator at Genki Sushi side. It didn't take long for our turn during dinner hours. Food was average at best. I like the seafood pancake, it's crispy and nice. But the sauce just wasn't the right complement. The ramen...was a tad bit salty. The egg is not the runny type. Was quite disappointed with it. I'm even more disappointed with the pork chop fried rice even though it comes with the gyoza. Fried rice was moist and wet and doesn't have that wok hei taste. The pork chop is... Not the kind I would expect. Gyoza was slightly better, but again the sauce wasn't the right complement. The seats were also sinking when I sat on it. Admittedly I'm not very light, but they should have replaced it. Overall disappointed with this place. Unless you are really on a budget, I would avoid if I were you
