He is very patient and helping me in how to use the product, being very approachable as far as he can. He even come to my place to teach me how to use the items. He’s very considerate for customer, unlike experiences I got from other sale person,I can sense he really cares feeling of cusomter, therefore an consistent and excellent service is always what I got.

Initially, we were only considering to get the one at the lowest price range ($1,000++) but Sun Xiang at OSIM was still very kind and patient. She explained the functionality in such great detail to us and we tried the massage chair too. Non-pushy service and super helpful! Afterwards, we went ahead with the one at $4,000+ and it was all worth it after trying out the other brands and comparing. Nothing beats OSIM! Thanks Sun Xiang for helping us pick the perfect massage chair :D
