★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chanced upon this place while reading @chaptersofescapism 's blog. @ospaceprivatefitness is a new concept gym that's 24 hours, which you can book slots via an app.
What I like about this place
- Located in neighbourhoods, it might be nearby your house and you dont have to fight the public transport crowd
- There's a smart mirror that shows you youtube workout videos and even analyze your body's health!
- They have a spinning bike and a squat rack. Enough said ?
- They have a google nest mini so you can play workout music and groove to the beat while you sweat!
OSPACE reminds me of @thegympod and @anytimefitness and I'm really happy to find more of these outlets and facilities popping up because it gives us more workout opportunities for healthier lives! We are all busy busy people, and 24hrs options are the best to squeeze exercise into our schedules.
