G	Grace F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Alain Ducasse’s restaurants and while BBR managed to hit a few notes right but there were some misses too. Recommended: Lobster Capellini, Guinea Fowl and Limoncello Baba. Skip: Tiramisu, Lamb and Cauliflower and Red Cabbage antipasti. Service was good and not intrusive, and environment was good. We were all pretty appalled by the cauliflower dish’s presentation as it looked like a mess of sludge maybe the team might want to relook into its presentation for it to be more appetising visually.

Can only recommend for a start into your weekend and or a weekday treat for yourself. This is highly recommended to all Italian food lovers. Bread and amuse-gueule even comes without charge. Entertaining if you sit at bar and lounge classic for low tables. Both are very nice and offer same menu. Enjoy your night out here.
I	ITZ MINIROY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Treated my family to a scrumptious dinner at Osteria BBR on the 3rd of February 2022 and it was easily the best decision I've ever made. We especially enjoyed the beef tenderloin, veal chop and the sea bass. The dessert was pleasantly sweet and wrapped up the meal perfectly. The service was impeccable and the smiles on the staff's faces further add joy and satisfaction to our meal. Even my grandma enjoyed the dinner :) Osteria BBR is definitely one of the best Italian restaurant in Singapore and I urge everyone to come to experience this modern yet elegant restaurant!

Nestled inside the historic Raffles Hotel, the decor is modern and light, simple and refined. The service is prompt and attentive, and the staff is fast and available for every request. It’s wonderful to have a view inside the kitchen, which is in full view of dining guests, creating the feeling of an intimate and friendly living room. The food… amazing. My favourites were the grilled octopus and the baba dessert soaked in limoncello and covered with a delicious cream. The tasting menu is a feast. Come on an empty stomach and be prepared to be delighted.

However, the 3 courses are barely enough for a grown man (I don’t consider my appetite voracious). Would definitely recommend topping up a pizza to share.
s	s f boey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love good ole Raffles Hotel!! I like that we get to eat at this old grand dame ? The tall ceilings are a treat and the place decor gives off a cool vibe. We enjoyed the set menu. Some delays in different aspects of service but in these covid times I think restaurants are coping however they can. Looking forward to new menus.

It was good to see the modern interior of the restaurant tastefully done. The atmosphere was casual and the food was excellent and high quality. We had a wonderful server Xena who guided us expertly through the menu and served us well through the meal. The pizzas were great value and I could imagine a pizza party with friends without breaking the bank. Haven't enjoyed dining in a restaurant this much for a while. Will definitely be back!
