Simple comfort foods dish during rush hour- lunch. The set lunch is valued for Monday at $14.90-16.90 with main ramen, side dish and drink. I added one more side dish cos I love pork and egg :))) ps forgot to take photo of gyoza that came with the set lunch ?

The place was empty when I was there while milk fish was packed. I can tell why after I tasted the ramen, it was really average and expensive for the standard. Will not be back again.

Got the set lunch for $14.90 with a bowl of ramen, 1 side of your choice , houji tea . Ramen broth is pretty good! Very worth it! Came during off peak around 4pm. There isn’t any crowd.

Reportedly a branch of a one star Michelin outlet, but the quality (of what I tried) is not as great. Generally the taste is ok. Nothing to shout about. The most disappointing is the Gyoza. I don’t know how to describe my experience, just look at the photo and you will see.

The ramen itself tasted quite good, especially the broth from their signature ramen, however, their meat portion is very small and the drinks were too sweet. The price is very reasonable and I recommend to get the set with a side and drink for best value. The main issue is that the service is subpar. We witnessed a stressed out waitress yelling to other customers while serving us. I can't blame the waitress too much tough, the restaurant is seriously understaffed. P.s. don't be fooled by the Michelin star marketing, the restaurant with the star is in Japan, not in SG.

Quattro Ramen Set is the first choice if you first visit this 2019 One Michelin Starred restaurant. Because you get to eat 4 different kind of meat: Cha Shu, Iberico wanton, duck & meatballs. Broth is red but not a spicy type. It’s a thin straight noodle type. The set came with gyoza and ice lemon tea. Aburi Cha Shu ramen and broth are similar to Quattro’s. Ton original is white broth with lots of spring onions. Must try the cold tofu, silky and nice.

Tried their most spicy version and I am super impressed by it. The noodle was just nice. broth was super strong. Most probably because I love hot and spicy I guess. Their pork soup was so so only for flavourful enough. I am able to finish the spicy broth. I think I might go back again when I crave for spicy ramen.

Ordered Truffle Shio Ramen ($14.80). I was also disappointed to find only a single slice of cha shu hidden in the broth beneath the other ingredients. The other bowl which I forgotten the name was about the same price but has much more ingredients with slices of cha shu, pork ball and wantons which I feel is more value for money. Their menu is quite unique with premium ingredients like truffle, avocado, pocini mushroom for their ramen.
