★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never use them. We purchased cologne and they were shipping it. The cologne never arrived and they just say Oh it's lost. No refund. Horrible sneaky customer service. Say anything to get your order then keep your money & goods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Get my 1st oud oil here, a Cambodia. Relatively affordable compared to those in Madinah (Arabian Oud/Abdul Samad). Hope to come again for other oud. And a Malay lady attend me patiently. Good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice staff specially the malay girl with spectacles :)..she was absolutely patient with me and let me try a lot of type of Oudh and helped me out to get my favourite one. Overall it's a gorgeous place located at Arab Street nearby the most beautiful mosque in Singapore (Sultan Mosque)
The quality of the fragrances and Ouhd is quite high and as they reliable and highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this small shop in January of 2020 and it was the cutest little shop! Made out with 3 vials of scents each! Loved the experience of smelling and choosing from each of the scents. LOVE the Singaporean Orchid scent, it’s so alluring! The lady who was there was super helpful and patient as we looked at EVERYTHING in the store! Also loved their incense scents too! Can’t wait to go back and visit when we can!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service from Lin, who was very helpful and patient in guiding me through their amazing variety of oud blends (there's more than 60 available!), pure oud oils, selection of roses and musks. Listens carefully, recommends thoughtfully, and not pushy at all.
Will definitely be back again, and highly recommended to my friends who would probably like a thing or few from here.
