Need to take lo g time to collect medicines, very slow.

Decided to call to check if they had any stock of the item I wanted the person who picked up the call was very helpful and answered all my questions patiently.

When I first looked at the one-star rating of the Ng Teng Fong Hospital retail pharmacy, I wasnt expecting much from the store. Furthermore, I came 45 minutes before its closing and sometimes, some workers could get cranky because they couldnt wait to go home. But not at this store. Ms Lian See Fong is a gentle and helpful staff. It was my first time purchasing a Blood Pressure Machine and sought her assistance as I was not sure whether the cuff could fit me. Ms Lian helped me with such professionalism - she showed me where to line the wire and helped to wear the cuff around my arm and see if it was comfortable for me. She was the only staff at that time and when another customer called out for assistance, she gently told him to wait. The other customer was initially unhappy that the item bought was not as what was described in the package but Ms Lian patiently offered him the explanation and the customer left the store feeling satisfied. Kudos to Ms Lian See Fong for the excellent customer service. Thank you for helping me out.

Got a call from the pharmacist abt memo. She ask what is my name and when i told her she couldn't get it, so i spell for her instead. I heard she said my name is funny. So whn i comfronted her on d phone, she said its nothing.She was so rude! Her name is Ann (maybe not her real name)

After more than an hour, I am still waiting for my medicine. Effectively 2 counters opened to serve more than 20 patients waiting! Customer service obviously do not apply to this pharmacy

Been trying to call the pharmacy since 9 till almost 12 no one pick up the call?!! I have requested for medicine delivery & 3 types of medicine for my severe pain, and only 2 was delivered! NTFH services everywhere is sucks!!I went there for teraphy every month & even the counter staffs services are the worst, compared to NUH!!!

Not responsive to calls; Even the main line operator cannot get through. They expect patients to come to the pharmacy to check anything as they are stretched in manpower. The operating hrs reflect different working hrs than what the staff expects. They say like any restaurant's last order, they close earlier than stated time. So when I reached at 6.59pm after work, they refused to allow me to collect my balanced medication. Spent another 10 minutes to explain to finally collect my medication. While we understand how much they are stretched, the staff could see things case by case manner after all not everyone is here for exploiting their service!
