★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment at 2.10pm and saw the doctor at 5.pm. THREE HOUR WAITING TIME when I was on time. Had several other appointments in this hospital that made me wait for more than 30mins but this one takes the cake. AVOID THIS HOSPITAL,it may be located at a convenient spot in the west but you will save more time going to other hospitals further away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frankly, the staff service was great. Friendly and all. I also had reasonable waiting time for consultation. However, one hour waiting time for financial and pre-surgery counselling, because a 2nd doctor requested an add-on test to the first doctor's request... Hmm... not sure... Overall I'd say this clinic is decent - good facility and staff. Just hope internal communication can be improved.

You would definitely love it once you see the nice and spacious environment. Hopefully it would be well maintained in the long run.
Would highly recommend this hospital when all the facilities are fully up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got referred from cck polyclinic to NTFGH Tower A, Lv5, Clinic A51. Dr David consultation was precise and accurate. His nurse, angela was also friendly and approachable. Sad to say unable to hand written survey so posted it online. Kudos to them and their service 5 stars. Will be back for physio! Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily one of the more pleasant hospital to visit- and Tower A is a good example. Service with a smile is practiced here- with heart too. Not just doctors, but also nursing staffs and PSAs.
I should know having worked at three acute and two community hospitals. Also a veteran patient as well.
Kudos to NTFGH and its staffs. I know I can place my life in your hands

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy hospital after service. Was sent there due to bike accident. Got treatment and was told to come for check-up appointment. My appointment timing was changed without my information and it made my other appointment on same day jumbled up. Now my appointment date was changed twice. Reason varies from clinic close and doctor not in. Never had the same problem with other hospitals. Even my father appointment date was change on the last moment. They think that we have no jobs and can come down anytime they want us to come down. My advise, get treated at another hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious ward, even for C ward. Ward interior design is catered to visitors as well as patients. No comments on their service and others. Came here to visit a friend. Strict about their visiting hours. Remember to check their visiting hours before going.
