★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilized their service before and am glad to say its really good value. Cost me less than $10 for picking up a set of signed forms. Where to find!! Cheaper then going to collect them myself. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service and system. I called on Monday to place an order for a pick up and drop off of documents on Tuesday. Called twice on Monday and they confirmed they have my order. On Tuesday I'm waiting for them to pick up between 2-6pm. Around 5 I call them confirming they are coming and they tell me they dont have my order at all!! They could not trace back the call or my request in the system. Nothing. And the guy on the call was not helpful either. Wasted time and evergym suggest you to go elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schedule a pick up on Thursday morning- didn't came- call at 5pm mentioned their system not working ask me to cancel & rebook. Rebooked again and no pick up on Friday I got to call and the customer service officers sounds blur not sure of their own drivers whereabouts mentioned unable to advise but promise will pick up by 6pm. Friday nobody picked up at all.
Really ignorant customer service officers.
