★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This security company is owned by Secura... The security company has a PLRD 'B' grading. Hence, it cannot offer its services to pure Government branches/departments; only Grade 'A' security companies are eligible to do so... Some of its Operations Executives /Managers are young, brash Indian officers (just wondering if they are Singaporeans) in their 20s, who speak brusquely and rudely, even to Senior citizens, hurting their feelings, thus compelling them to quit their jobs...In a manner of speaking, its management, especially the youngsters are either inexperienced and/or lack social skills in handling its elderly workers, thus creating a lot of unhappiness and dissension... NOT GOOD!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HR department cannot accept their mistake. If you tell them they miss calculated and you can prove it the coming months pay they will do nonsense. They behave like children so if you are an adult this company don't suit you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend wanna get a job at this security company. He was promised to go for induction first & start work the next day. Yet was told after few days the induction & the site he wanted were delayed till 9th Aug. He decided not to wait & wish his notification to be remove by the company. But yet was told according to company rule, he have to pay 100 bucks fine before the company will remove the notification. Does it even fair to him especially this company backtrack their word?? Folks, do not join this security company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Payment only on time and prompt... Always no manpower, relief officers always sleeping on duty. M.i.a, OM doesn't take immediate action or response to any problems caused by the officers. Om always calls officers back during off or leave of even on mc.... Very bad manpower deployment by om. No support by om. Always being biars...
